Would not recommend I would not recommend staying here. Room was old and musty smelling. Bathtub would not turn off. Not a drip but a run. Had to shut the door and made bathroom like a sauna. Outside building door kept getting propped open. Anyone could walk in and did not feel safe.

Mixed review This place was good if your priority is to have a dog park, place to smoke right outside your room and love outdoor pools. But over all this motel is rundown, needs repairs and to remove broken outdoor furniture. Patio chair was the only chair inside the hotel room.

An okay stay on our Route 66 trip! When we initially checked in, we were given what was believed to be a non-smoking room, however when we entered it was evident it was a smoking room. We went back to reception, and were eventually given a different room. When we entered, the room was thankfully a non-smoking room. I noticed that one of the beds fitted sheet was bunched up around the corners of the mattress but didn’t look in the bed at the time. Later on, I lifted the duvet and saw that the fitted sheet hadn’t been changed as there was hairs, both long and short, still in the bed. Due to the fact that we had already changed rooms once, we didn’t notify reception, and my partner just slept on top of the flat sheet so he wasn’t within the dirty sheets area of this bed. Both of the rooms we saw were spacious, which was good as we were living out of our suitcase so we were able to leave them open. The reception was a lovely elderly lady, who was very patient whilst there was a lot of people checking in. She was apologetic when we requested a room change due to the non-smoking room mix up.

Hmmm The clerk at the desk during check in was kind as well as overwhelmed. It did not help that the other person behind the counter was unable to assist or that another guest continually made demands of the clerk while she was trying to assist me while answering phone calls. There seemed to be an overall lack of training during checkin. Another concern was the children running up and down the hallway without supervision in the hotel proper. Breakfast is all prepackaged items. I tossed the key cards over the unattended front desk as a "check out". No paper receipt provided as no person was available.

STAY AWAY Terrible accommodations. We were only provided with 3 towels for our family 4 and there was no hot water. The staff was unwilling to work with us or offer a refund for our stay.
