Jacuzzi did not work Reason for choosing this hotel was for the Jacuzzi tub in the room and it did not work. When I contacted the front they said "someone should have explained it when you checked in, you need to check the plug"

The Worst Mattress Ever Seriously the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. The AC didn’t cool the room. The towels were stiff. And the in room jacuzzi bath was broken. We changed rooms to the other jacuzzi room and it was broken too.

High school graduation Needed a last minute room for high school graduation and party for family. I booked on line, was over charged of course. Check in was ok. I had no idea there were still smoking rooms in and hotel/motels. Had to go back to reception for a new room. Room was clean and well stocked. It was stuffy and took a little bit for it to get cool. The mattress seriously needs to be updated!!! It was like sleeping on a spring. If I HAD to be in that area again I would stay at this best western! Hopefully someone will put another option in eventually.

Disappointed! Floors were filthy. Dead bugs. Was supposed to be non-smoking but wasn’t. TV did not work. I’ve stayed here before and was good but not this time. All it takes is 1 bad experience for me. Probably won’t stay again.

Wonderful Manager- horrible owner The only good thing about this hotel is Karen. Tommy Patel the owner allows a pot smoking maintenance man to live in a room and continually smoke weed. I'm a traveling nurse and have been coming to his sub par, roach filled bathtubs because it was close to work. I was charged the day I came in with a receipt and one day free with my points. He called my phone and wanted my credit card. I will deny the charge because I have a receipt already. I'm going to the top of best western and to Kaufman police about the habitual weed permeating down the corridor. Plus you get accosted by the owners dog, guess it's a daycare center when he pleases as well. Go across the street- double charged my card!
