Family Weekend We enjoyed our stay for a family getaway over Christmas Break. Our 7 and 3 year old loved the pool. If your not swimming it is pretty chilly in the pool area. The hot tub only worked out last day. Room was clean and spacious. The set up is different due to being remodeled. Most rooms don’t have exterior windows. They do have windows facing the hallway. We weren’t bothered by this and our kids actually slept better as no light shined in. I do wish it came with breakfast, but it sounds like this spring that will be added. Located close to Apple Fun Center and Pizza Ranch with both had arcades the kids enjoyed. Overall we would stay again!

Not restful stay We arrived late (8-9pm) after driving many hours that day. Lobby was full of young men in various stages of eating pizza. We went straight to our room. Had several people partying/yelling down the hallway. Was hoping the air conditioner would drown out the noise. Noise is hard to get away from in this hotel as every room has a huge window facing the hallway. Needless to say, it wasn’t a great restful night. Then we were awakened by a housekeeper around 8am trying to get into the room. At that point we just wanted to get out.

Five star outside 2 star room 142 Very loud heat exchanger in room whenever hit kicked on. High pitched noise from fudge had to unplug. Drains in tub and sink did not hold water, tho the tub was fixed while there. Found a makeup bottle on floor in room eww. Toilet flush was bad. No lights upon entry to room by entrance or by dresser. Very cheaply lit room but bathroom was glaringly bright. Couldn't find room even with map. Upon check in I asked about breakfast which I thought this was a HI Express and was told high rates in comparison because it was a conference center. Next morning I told desk clerk about room and why no breakfast because I was told Covid restrictions. I just stayed at an Express in Illinois with no restrictions. They then said, oh there is a Holiday Inn Express right down the road that does serve breakfast. Why wasn't I told this at checkin as that was the main reason I chose this place. She did give me a room discount but with as loud as the heat was on the wall high up, it was too noisy to run at night so I had to bring an electric blanket in. Plus the view of my room was a work truck and some sort of huge metal units which made me uneasy.

Good night sleep in Kearney Clean, convenient, comfy. What more could you ask for in a hotel. The location was perfect for us and we had a good nights sleep. We would stay here again if we happen to be in the area. The front desk staff were very accomadating.

Nice, clean room. Great pool! The room was nice and felt new. It faced the parking lot and interstate but was very quiet and the blinds made it completely dark. The pool is great, with two water slides — one of which was kind of intense! I didn’t know about the breakfast bags others here refer to, and I wish I had been told or found some info in the room about it.
