STAY AWAY The worst place I have ever seen. The office was filthy and disgusting. We paid, got our key, didn’t work. Got another key, didn’t work. Happened 4 times. Girl from the office came. I told her ok, if this does not work, we are leaving and you will refund me. She said, “of course, no problem.” Key didn’t work again and she opened the room with her master key. The most disgusting room I have ever seen. She said she would not refund us and I wanted to speak to a manager. She said no managers were around and she didn’t know how to issue refunds. We left and have treid to contact them but now give up. Stay away, go to the courtyard down the street. It is $100 more and worth it!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

A nightmare at hotel bliss My stay at Hotel Bliss was a complete nightmare. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that this hotel fell short of even the most basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. The room door was open upon arrival and the overpowering smell of cigarettes and weed were immediate red flags. To make matters worse, I discovered what appeared to be fecal matter on the bathtub edge, mold on the bathroom door, and knife holes scattered across the walls. The comforter had cigarette burns despite being designated as a non-smoking room, and blood stains were visible on the sheets. The fridge contained a large amount of some spilled substance, proving they didn't even open it. These numerous issues pointed to a complete lack of care and attention to detail. I strongly advise against staying at Hotel Bliss. Find a hotel that prioritizes cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Family trip Great place stay. Clean rooms and housekeeping was good. No problems and very peaceful. Would stay again. I would recommended this place to stay if you have family or any type of stay. Business trip as well. Thank you for great stay...

Bed Bugs! Upon arriving the place looks ran down but the rooms were surprising nice Looking. However, with further inspection we noticed a lack of cleanliness with things like the remote, fridge, microwave, and worst of all was waking up to the bites of bed bugs at 4am and not being able to go back to sleep. My girlfriend and I are covered in welts. I tried to handle this through the booking agent but they said I needed to contact management myself. When I confronted them and showed them photos they just sent someone to look and denied finding anything. They simply don't care, very bad services.

Room Smelled of Paint The room was full of paint fumes and the electrical outlets you use to make coffee did not work nor did the one you use for the hair dryer . Then they promised breakfast .. they stopped serving breakfast . Next there was four of us and only two towels . ? Asked for two more towels and was met by an angry man telling me no towels had to sell by beg for towels .. you pay cheap priced you get cheap products .. then THEY have no swimming pool..... very loud noises all night in parking lot . Not good ..
