Fantastic place Great place to stay, super friendly staff and I highly recommend this place. Cost was also reasonable

Very poor communication at front desk during check in I came in and ask about availability and was given rate. Had found a better deal on Expedia. She said I could have a seat and she would call me up once reservation was made. I did so. She called me to the desk said she needed an ID and a credit card for incidentals. I handed her both I immediately got notification from my credit card that I have been charged again So I asked the front desk about it She said “yes all hotels charged $20 for incidentals “. I said “if you were going to charge my card, you should have told me”. She said “ all hotels do it.” “ I don’t know what the big deal is. “ The big deal it not being told before it’s done. She said “all hotels charge this and I stay at Wyndham all the time and this rate is always charged. “. I had just stayed at 3 different Wyndham hotels and never been charged this She was very rude about it when all she had to do was let me know I would be charged and that it would be returned if no incidents occurred. Communication should not be so hard

The hotel was very nice And the people working were and easy to deal with the room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable

Breakfast, WiFi, and overall promises missed the mark I would not get a suite here and the powdered eggs in water are really bad. The WiFi will not stream movies, and the suites with kitchens have no utensils, dishes, pot, pan nothing is available.

Not clean! Cribs were very dirty and stained, no towels to dry off after pool, rug was sticky and dirty. No elevators. Breakfast was ok.
