Awesome stay The hotel was very clean and great customer service by the hotel staff. The hotel is very close to the 167 freeway and near many restaurants and bars. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient enough and good fresh muffins and bagels. I will definitely be staying here again in the near future for my business travel needs.

Disappointing Its a rather worn Hampton. Outside garbage was overflowing with liter and door was kept locked 24/7. I asked about a room upgrade for diamond membership and was told they were no longer required to provide them and it would be an additional cost. Had to haggle twice for late checkout which required manager approval. Breakfast ended prompt 9:00, but there was not much left at 8:55. Rooms were ok and location was relatively quiet, but little of interest in immediate area. Would not stay here again.

Reasonable Hotel Located close to restaurants and shopping area. Close to major roads to take you anywhere you need to go in the area. Many different routes to choose from. Hotel is what you expect from Hampton Inn & Suites. Just check your bill as I had some problems with mine that took quite a while to resolve.

Comfortable Stay with Great Service The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was very hot with many options. What stood out however was the excellent customer service. Checkin was smooth, and throughout the trip the front desk was very helpful with anything I needed and giving excellent local recommendations.

Excellent accommodations. Customer service was great and rooms were very clean, didn’t have to ask for anything everything was already there for me . I was very grateful that I had a very comfortable bed and had a nice relaxing night. Thank you for your accommodations.
