Works just fine We stayed in the Coconut, a solidly-built, spacious, two bedroom, 2.5 bath, two-story condo in the three-unit Beach Bungalow, for 10 days as 2019 turned to 2020. The unit was clean, the kitchen was functional, the furnishings comfortable. Everything worked well including the hot tub on the patio. The WiFi was excellent. The two LED TVs were populated by satellite, so there was plenty to select from even with the vagaries of DirectTV. The water pressure was excellent and the hot water was hot. Most importantly, the ocean is right across a very unbusy street and easily accessible via a very close by walkout. The only thing across the street is the beach. No buildings, nothing except the beach and ocean. Noteworthy are the ocean views from the en suite’s balcony. Also noteworthy is the fact that the owner, Rob, manages the property and is very close by. He is knowledgeable about the area and all things beach and ocean. He is accommodating and responsive. Necessary items such as toilet paper and soap were on the premises upon arrival. Bottom line, it’s a nice place to stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Comfortable Beachside Living We just spent a week here and really enjoyed our stay. We have spent several spring breaks in the area. Previous stays included a major hotel up A1A and at a independent beachfront hotel down near Sebastian. This location puts you squarely between the two in a variety of ways. Up the beach it was way more crowded than here. One thing to be prepared for here is that you essentially have a public parking lot out your front door. Sunday was the only day it was really busy. We imagine if you were not here during peak season, you would be fine. The unit itself was as advertised. Very clean and up to date. The kitchen had nearly everything you could want (except plastic wrap). The living area was comfortable (although an HDMI cord for the TV would be nice - picture quality is poor for this day and age). The bedroom were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The patio is very relaxing and the spa was a welcome amenity. All in all we loved it and would come back for sure.

Perfect! We stayed in the "Coconut" Villa for a week in August 2016, and I meant to write a review right away but life...you know. Anyway, this place is spectacular. I was super nervous because I have never done a private rental before, but I should not have worried at all. Everything was EXACTLY as advertised. Beautiful, well maintained villa, plenty of room for myself, my husband, and our two teenage daughters. It was clean, the property manager was friendly and accessible. The spa was leaking when we arrived and the property manager was on top of it and got it fixed right away. Everything we could possibly have needed or wanted was provided - beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, you name it. We spent hours on the patio off the master bedroom just enjoying the ocean view. It takes 15 minutes to get to the airport, maybe an hour to the theme parks in Orlando. I have been to the Indialantic area many times as my dad had a condo here for a long time, so I know and love the area. Such a great part of Florida. We had the best time - mostly just hanging on the beach, It was exactly what we wanted and needed, and I'm planning another trip back to the beach this year! We will be staying here regularly, for sure.

Dated The view from the balcony is nice, but the finishes are very dated. Upon entering, we noticed that the apartment smelled like wet dogs. It's probably a good place to stay if you have pets, since few places allow you to bring your dogs. But do you really want to sleep in a bed where someone's dog probably slept?

The view of the ocean from the bangalow balconie was breathtaken! The bungalows are one of the best places that we stayed at so far!The accommodations were excellent! Very clean and with a private back yard, felt like home. The beach was only feet away from the unit and the sound of the waves at night was very soothing! Rob was very helpful showing us how to get places, even where to get fresh fish.I would very highly recommend the bungalows I was totally impressed!
