Great Place for Gambling I love this place, it had a friendly staff and there was a very convenient shuttle that could take us to the Coushatta whenever we wanted. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable as expected and I would definitely stay again!

Good Quality Black Jack Inn had a great staff that were really helpful and accommodations were available when I needed them and the room was cleaned every time I was out so I returned to a very clean room with a comfy bed.

TERRIBLE This establishment could use training in customer service, even the manager lacks social skills, the only thing the place has in favor of it is location. I would still suggest you pay more and get a room at the casino hotel. The Black Jack Inn is the type of place that you expect less savory characters to occupy it. We will NEVER stay there again. Rude people and out dated and dirty and over priced.

Bad service This is not a good room to stay in they charged my card for $50 without my knowing telling me i stole a blanket which i never took but i called my bank to dispute the matter and i got my money back i advise you not to stay at BLACK JACK INN

Family vacation Me and my family always staying at Black jack inn When we visit Coushatta casino resort in kinder it’s nice hotel and staff is very friendly and helpful this place is very quite and clean rooms are very clean and close to casino they also provide shuttle service My stay at this hotel is always pleasant we will be back
