Keep on Driving This place is dirty, has broken furniture, bugs, and no microwave as advertised. There were bugs crawling on the towel in the bathroom in the AM. I slept on top of the bed because I was afraid there might be bed bugs. It was so very dirty; the chair had ripped upholstery; the lamp did not have a lamp shade. I complained to Wyndham and sent pictures of the room, but I did not receive an answer from Wyndham. I don't know how Wyndham can attach its name to this Days Inn.

Worst Ever I think at night on road trip, we chose wrong place. I believe we were suppose to be in Days Inn West Kingman, not East, worst place ever, very bad room never seen before, Motel 6 is much better.

Filthy room The room was filthy carpet torn and stained mattress had a big blood stain air conditioner was busted up but did work. Chair was torn and filthy door jam had been broken and didn’t work properly and door was filthy. I didn’t want to touch anything without washing my hands afterwards and didn’t want walk on the floor without at least my socks on.

Disappointed We were in a emergency situation and needed a place to stay. This was an available place. It was late with no idea how long it would take to get home.

ROACHES IN BATHROOM & SMOKING ROOM !! Claire gave us a smoking broom, which was terrible. Since I have asthma as we were returning to get another room my husband noticed roaches in the bathtub. We went back to the office to request a refund and they would not give it to us. She told us to come back in the morning to speak with Her boss. We returned in the morning and they denied a request so she asked me to email their bigger boss which I did. Just got a response a few days denying the request for a refund of six $9.16. We did not stay the night there. Again, we did not stay the night there Due to these unhealthy conditions!!!!! I just want my money returned back please please!!
