Super 8 by Wyndham Kingman

It was just okay. We were just passing thru. Needed to sleep. One bed was good. One was wore out and old. No sign of breakfast by 6:30 so we left.

Hotel failed to provide us with a clean room. Refused refund. Unbelievably dirty. We checked into the room and right away realized it was completely filthy. Garbage in corners, food on the wall, stained and rusted lamps, stained pillows, ...dust everywhere. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. (see photos) I quickly went to the front dest and asked if they had a room that was clean, but the receptionist would only up-sell me a larger room, as it was the only one available. I refused the room because an up-sell was not appropriate and I can only imagine how clean the other room was anyways. I'm not paying more money! When I asked for a re-fund because we were going to go somewhere else instead, they refused to refund because our booking had a no cancellation policy and was non-refundable. I argued that because they failed to provide us with a room to begin with, they were obligated to refund us. We didn't cancel... they just didn't give us a room! I even showed the receptionist the photos I took of their dirty room, which she apologized for each and every photo, but in the end still refused the refund. It's like we got scammed. Just do the right thing... give us our money back. I've raised the issue with both the booking agency and Super 8. I heard back from the agency that the hotel owners are standing their ground and refusing the refund because it's "non-refundable." Insane.... Super 8, I hope you are reading this because these people deserve to lose the franchise.

Looks a little time-worn but is a great hotel. Our overnight stay was great. The room was clean and quiet. Very nice place to stay! The receptionist at check-in was very friendly and recommended some restaurants we might enjoy. The Tack Shed was a hoot for dinner. Rutherfords Diner makes a great breakfast. She was spot on with both. Handicapped parking was available, always a plus. We'll definitely be staying here on our next overnight trip to Kingman!

Filthy room This hotel has very filthy rooms....We left at 2:00 am because we could not sleep comfortably in this filthy dirty room....Carpet was disgusting and room and hotel is run down. will never stay here again

Nasty rooms Me my daughter n husband was going to stay there but the room smelled of weed. Walls and mirrors had food on them. The hallways smelled of cigarettes. Manager refused to take my call because I wanted a full refund due to having to book a different hotel. Lady on phone was rude
