Great Customer Service! The staff was great! Jeanee was very informative and personable. She made sure to tell us about the events they were hosting. Maria was great with the kids during the build a bear activity. The pool was beautiful (outside of the flying ants being attracted to the water). My children enjoyed the waterslides. The unit I stayed in was beautiful and was the perfect fit for my family. I will definitely stay here again!

Good enough for me Outdated , needs more kitchen utensils that should of been there, mattress and pillows very uncomfortable other than that we had fun I had a couple of things wrong in my room but the maintenance guy came and fixed it right away, they’re very nice.

Outstanding Front Desk Service by "JEANEE" - Orbit One Vacation Villas (a Hidden Gem in Kissimmee, FL) JEANEE (Front Desk), "Thank You" for a great visit during our recent stay at Orbit One Vacation Villas! JEANEE, you were not only very professional, welcoming and friendly, but also you made the check-in process an enjoyable experience! During our visit, you were always so accommodating--even when I arrived too late for the "Build a Bear" activity! Along with the well-maintained grounds, our newly-renovated room in Saturn (S08) was immaculate and at a perfect location for us--we were able to enjoy our own "private" pool (most days)! Lastly, please know that JEANEE is an asset for Orbit One Vacation Villas and exemplifies all the qualities that we expect to receive when staying at Hilton property!

Great staff ! Excellent Stay in Apollo 3 during our May vacation . The room has been recently renovated and was very clean, updated, and to Hilton standards . It would be great if one or both of the tennis courts could be converted into Pickle Ball courts , since that is definitely more popular than tennis . The connect four game was fun but is missing a piece to hold the tokens in place . The grills were very clean and just need the ignition switches replaced on them. The security officer that worked the evening shift was extremely friendly and helpful and should definitely be applauded for his great work. The staff at the front desk were awesome as well. The lady covering the front desk when we checked out at 4am even came outside the office and wished us a safe trip . So very happy to call this location my favorite vacation spot ! Thanks so much to the staff !!!

Convenient to Disney & shopping. This is an older resort but well maintained. The villa we stayed in was a spacious 2 bedrooms, & two bath. Each bedroom had a nice flatscreen TV. The smaller bedroom had two twin beds. So, if this is an adult couple's trip... beware. Nice balcony, we were on the third floor. It was an easy walk up the stairs. Large, full-service kitchen. Another TV in the family room. We stayed in the "Jupiter" bldg. It was nice and quiet. My only complaint was the excessive resort fee. $25/night plus tax. About $200 for the week. Other comparable or better RCI properties resort fees are considerably lower at zero to $50/week. I would not stay here again only because of the excessive resort fees.
