Not as advertized On large sign out front "Free Breakfast". There was no breakfast at all. Why the sign? Hair dryer did not work. The paint job was all over the place. Corners of bathroom did not look clean. A lot of rust on metal fixtures. The desk clerk said she was giving us a break because of the no breakfast. No break, regular price.

Came to attend family funeral I will never stay at this place again!!!!!! First of all The reception office smells like some foul chemicals. When I arrived to check in I met the white receptionist lady who seem to be pleasant enough until later that night I came back to my room with some of my family and she was standing outside watching us. About five minutes later after we settled in my room she comes knock on my door and asked my guess are they staying in this room because if so they cannot stay that they need to book their own room because only four people to one room. I was shocked!! One of My guess went back and forth with her to tell her they were not staying in my hotel room that their just visiting and who was she to knock the door to inquire about any of our business. The lady got real smart with my guests and insulted them with her ridiculous racist sarcasm and we closed the door on her. I have never in my life experience such disrespectful racist disgrace!! The way she spoke of the room You would think you are staying in a 5star hotel the way she acted, meanwhile the place was a dump. They even had mildew on the Bathroom ceiling above the shower. Worst experience ever. Never again

So So Front desk not the friendliness. Room was ok, pretty clean. Cheap thin towels. I would stay there again. Walmart close. Right off the Natchez Trace. Plenty of food options nearby. Ate at Jason’s Southern Table on the Square and it was wonderful

Good rooms; horrible customer service My family and I came down to visit friends and family. We got in really late and the gentleman who was checking us in was rude and nasty. This was not the way we wanted to be treated after 2 flights and a 2 hour drive. His attitude stemmed from a change in policy that our group leader was not notified of. When she tried to explain to her we didn’t have a problem with the policy change he wouldn’t let her speak. I have stayed in several America’s Best’s before; and I have always experienced hard working people trying to help make our stay exceptional. I will not be ever staying at this one again, but one bad experience won’t stop me from visiting others.
