Great Stay The staff at this hotel have gone above and beyond to accommodate us. The place is spotless and you feel like one of the family. We stayed here because we needed to evacuate our homes in Homosassa due to a very serious hurricane (Helene). Be sure to look it up if you want a great place to stay.

Not clean My room was very dirty and when it was time for me to change rooms, the other room was nasty as well also when I told them the condition of the room I made a recording just so they would not renege on what they told me. They told me that they would refund me my money back and when I called to get my refund the owner of the property told me that she would not do that, but I have evidence and videos of how dirty the sheets were, and in the window shield it was dirtiness in the windows as well and the room smelled like cigarettes and mildew

Definitely needs to care and update Staff tried to be helpful in resolving the issues. We were moved to a larger room but the rust marks (?) were on linens in both rooms. The bed skirts in original room should be thrown out. Too many stains. The hair in the bathroom was in first room only.

Save your time! Spend a few dollars more. Dirty room. Trash behind bed. Toilet dirty. Bathroom moldy/mildew. Remote control filthy and taped up. Check-in guy was deep in his nose when he asked for my driver's license. Noisy residents---- they didn't seem like guests. People up making noise in the hallways, smoking cigarettes outside talking loudly all night. Outdated, old, dusty furniture. Looked like dog hair on a temp bed at the window. Just nasty all around. Stench. The toilet made me wanna gag!

Room needed a deep cleaning. DEEP. Cleaning. I don't want to sound like a bougie stayer, and my review will surely show that I am NOT, but I was looking for a room in this area, and the prices were ALL very low. Like starting at $29, low. So, I started looking for brand names. As a frequent traveler, about the only reliable indication you can use is the price. If it's on the low end, that's what you're going to get. If it's on the high end, that's what you usually get. Brand name is my second go-to. I headed for a Best Western that was $69. It looked a little sad on the outside. I may still have tried it, but there was no place to park my small truck and trailer. My next option was this place. Looking online, it was the highest in the area at $77 a night. Still about a hundred less than I usually have to pay, but it's the highest in the area, so it must be the best, right? When I got there, there was plenty of parking. That was a plus. Barbeque restaurant right next door, another plus. The lady at the counter was pleasant. She put me on the first floor, another plus. When I opened the door to the room, I was met with a very strong smell of mildew. OK, well maybe it's just been closed up for a few days. I turned the air down, and freshened up and went to grab a bite to eat. The barbeque was delicious! I grabbed my bag from the truck and headed back in. The room still smelled bad, but maybe not AS bad. I walked into the room , and looked for somewhere to set my bag. I noticed there was a big sitting cushion over the AC, under the window. It looked like a great spot for my bag, but upon close inspection, it had some serious stains on it, then I realized that it was not so much a stain, as it was residue. I'm just going to leave it at that. Draw your own conclusions. So, I put my bag on the desk. I considered asking for another room, but I could stay away from the sex cushion easily enough. I was exhausted, and just wanted to get some rest. Heading into the shower, there was a kinky little hair in the tub. I rinsed it down the drain. Thankfully the drain worked. I've had that problem before, too. I was thankful for that. Grabbing my washcloth, and the little bar of soap, I found another one of those pubic looking little hairs tangled into the threads of my washcloth. I grabbed another washcloth. There were two. No biggie. Gotta sum this up.charactor limit. Susp brown stain on the sheet. AC didnt cool below 70. Miserable night. Not again. Ever.
