Lovely Stay! Nice spacious room, we had a 2 bedroom. Great view of the ocean and Molokai (i believe) We were able to watch the whales and their new babies from our balcony. The beach equipment rental by the pool was great, under $100 for a three day pass! The pool was heated, so fantastic! Will come back here for sure!

Super dirty, rodents, cockroaches and more. The resort is a mess. It's outdated with popcorn ceilings, old furniture, old hard mattresses, has rodents, cockroaches and it's super filthy!

Worst place to stay. Go somewhere else for the amount of money you spend The staff was not helpful at all. No a/c and we had many things broken. The toilet broke and when they tried to fix it they broke it more. Ice maker didn’t work house keeping came 1 time for a 2 week stay. Very disappointed with the service. Won’t stay there again

Problems in Paradise I stayed in the Cowry building #4, in unit 445 for two weeks. The problem was the cockroaches. I had to call every day for an exterminator. NOT ok, completely unacceptable!! The staff was NOT helpful.

Not so good This has been a series of errors and screwups. The resort a problem from the start. The room was very poor and located next to the garbage dumpsters and carports. All the delivery truck showed up at 6:00 with their engines roaring. We asked to be moved but were told there was nothing available for a week and we would have to be out os. f our room for 4 hours while the other room was made up. We decided to stay in our room but the resort tried to put another guest who showed up at our door intending to move in. Then the resort cancelled our key cards without telling us. This was our 8th stay here. We may not be back. This was not worth 172,000 points!
