Best hotel in Lake City! Great hotel and conference room! Sharon and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I was visiting on business and the entire place was amazing. The complimentary coffee and business lounge were much appreciated. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant hotel experience!

Crazy Good Waffles! My 12 yr old son said the fresh waffles off the waffle grill were “Crazy Good! “. Thank you Rosalee for letting us know to flip it! The chocolate chips and extra goodies were divine! It was nice to toast a bagel and add Philadelphia cream cheese. The milk was nice and cold too!

Best hotel on our entire vacation! Peggy and Tammy are amazing. We stayed in 6 hotels in 8 nights on our recent vacation. This hotel was wonderful and definitely one of the best! The staff were unlike any that we met during our vacation. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, from always saying "hello" or "good morning", to holding doors for us, and they exceeded all expectations at breakfast. Peggy and Tammy run the breakfast area and were so kind. My son is gluten free and he is usually left having to eat a granola bar that we bring along for him. When arriving to breakfast there was a sign that said if you have an allergy, just let the staff know. I did so and they went into action! They offered a delicious, individually packaged bagel, then offered to toast it in their own oven so it would get cross-contaminated, then made sure he had butter and jam that were gluten free. They also provided GF granola bars. Then when I came back and asked if we could get another granola bar for the road, they also sent us with an extra bagel. If you do not have a family member with a food allergy, you cannot understand what this meant to us. We stayed in 6 hotels in 8 nights and this was the ONLY one that had any accommodations for my son. The room and hotel were both nice, but I will never forget the staff. They were amazing.

Great Hampton Inn in Lake City FL We don't usually write reviews for a hotel stay but this Hampton Inn in Lake City, FL was excellent. Without exception, ALL staff (especially at the front desk and housekeepers) were top notch, friendly, helpful and efficient. Rona Cunningham must be a great General Manager because quality, caring and professionalism trickle down to all staff. The room was clean and everything worked. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were super.

Pass on this highway hotel The room smell bad and the highway noise was intrusive and disrupted sleep. The rooms were small and cramped. The hotel is old and bathrooms not modern. Old style bathtub in our room. Couldn’t get out of this place fast enough. The TV didn’t seem to have a way to use streaming services, at least not obvious.
