We were very pleased! We would 100% recommend! The staff were friendly and helpful! The room was perfect, very comfortable and clean! The hot breakfast was delicious with omelets, meats, freshly made pancakes, cinnamon rolls, juices, coffee, and teas.

Mark and Jeremy are awesome This is a really great hotel. I've stayed here pretty much weekly for two years and will keep coming back The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was immaculate and the beds are very comfortable. Free breakfast was great. The pool area and gym are kept clean as well

no reason to stay anywhere else while in Lakeland i really enjoyed my stay here. as hotels go, this performed as expected (and as you all know, this is not common as hotels generally under perform in some manner.) clean rooms, working appliances (including remote batteries!), clean bathrooms with extra linen. clean stairwells. both elevators working. functionally clean pool (not too chemically) and what's really important if you're looking for a midday break from the sun, it was totally covered. that being said, the real reason i recommend this hotel is the staff. every staff member i came in contact with engaged me in a positive and sincere conversation. like, every single one. and that's why you should stay here. they were all very kind, courteous and totally professional.

Amazing Hotel!! I loved the service and how nice the rooms were! The showers were so nice and the bedding was so luxurious. I loved every minute of my stay! Very welcoming staff and treated me with respect and kindness. Will definitely be visiting this hotel again! 10/10
