Short getaway We stayed at this hotel many times before and have always been happy. The staff goes out of their way to meet all of your needs. We arrived late Wednesday evening and the desk clerk was so lovely. It truly was a blessing after such a long trip. We will be back!

Good location-Not Up to Standards Pros. The hotel staff were nice. Cons 1.My digital key did not open outside doors, then only opened my room sometimes. I eventually gave up and got a regular key. 2. The room was not cleaned properly. Someone else's hair was on the restroom walls. 3. No towels or the option tp request more. 4. The elevators are loud and shook and always felt as if they were about to drop any minute. 5. My phone buttons did not all work. I had to only use 0 or call from cell phone. 6. Ice tray and refrigerator also had hair. 7. No soap. For a family, there were only 1 of thr 1 oz mini soap, shampoo and lotion for 3 days. 8. Lastly, I was charged for parking when my booking stated parking included. I called hotel and confirmed yet still charged. 9. No water offered as typical offer for HH. Overall- this stay should have been free with all of the problems.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL Dirty floors, dirty walls, filthy shower, dirty furniture. The room was noisy because the door didn’t seal properly, there were leaves and debris from wind blowing into in the hallway outside our door. Just overall disgustingly gross.

Welcomed with open arms I was amazed at how accommodating and friendly this hotel was upon arrival. Emily and Bob were the best the entire time I was there. I felt at home and the overall experience was more than I expected. Thank YOU!!!

Not clean and bad service The room was filthy, and there were roaches. front desk staff were horrible and did nothing to help the situation. The front desk girl was giving out complimentary gift bags for hotel check ins but never gave me one. Key machine wasn’t working when we arrived so we were given an emergency key at which it only gave one time use but she failed to tell us that and it took two hours to get our stuff into our room. Just absolutely horrible. For the rate they charge they should be embarrassed!!!
