Excellent stay We have stayed here many times in the past and I have trashed them in the reviews for good reason. Well, this visit was perfect and it deserves a great review. The Happy Hour was excellent. The omelette guy was great as well as the rest of breakfast. Great job !

DO NOT STAY HERE Horrible Customer Service!! We got to the property 9 min before check in and the young told us you must pay 75.00 if you want to check in early. lol!!! That’s how we were greeted. I told my husband what she said and he just laughed and said we will wait. Then she laughed at us with her coworkers when announcing the room # I figured out why right when we entered the room which is right above the restrooms. It literally smells like sewage. It’s also right above the bar lounge. I was not give.n my Hilton Honors waters or upgrade. We called to complain 2 times about the smell of sewage nothing was done. We never have issues at the Hilton family of hotels. This place has staff that retaliate when we were not rude she was. This is room 220 and there is no water pressure at all, the sink dribbles and the shower has less than half the water pressure it should have. I never had breakfast. My husband did he said it was pretty good. We will never stay at this hotel again. They claimed they were overbooked and couldn’t change our rooms. It was a horrible experience.

Will cancel reservation without notice Horrible customer service, hotel overbooked property and cancelled my reservation without notifying me. Offered no assistance or compensation for the trouble. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. Experienced traveler and this was one of the worst situations I’ve experienced.

Disappointing experience Only one very slow elevator working for 6 floor hotel. Apparently, it has been in this condition for quite a while. Happy hour bartender was older man who was not friendly and obviously wanted to let you know he was in charge. Pool and spa were out of order. We got ice from the machine on our floor. but it contained black particles within the cubes. Water pressure was very low in the shower and the sink for the duration of our stay. The other couple with us were on a different floor and had the same issue. Once inside the shower, my wife discovered there was no shampoo in the dispenser (you would trust the cleaning person would check it). She had to sit with a wet head for 20 minutes as we were preparing for dinner. Large dog poop in the hallway, and remained there for several hours. All of these situations were reported as they occurred. Breakfast could be much better organized as it is in other Embassy Suites. Overall poor management and poor maintenance. We have to return in about a month to Laredo, but we will not be staying here, which is a shame because we have always enjoyed other Embassy Suites.

Clean and very fresh room - everything looked brand new Ribeye from the inside restaurant/bar area was very delicious. Breakfast was totally awesome! Evening sna KS- meh. Quiet room, lovely atmosphere. Close to everything. Easy 3 min walk to mall. You won't be disappointed
