Nice casino hotel with confusing lobby access Hotel atmosphere is a bit dark and gives me an old vibe. The hotel room itself is pretty clean with comfortable beds. Check in process was pretty quick. Lobby access from the road is a bit confusing though. Location is great, walking distance to many shops an restaurants and other casinos.

Wouldn’t recommend. Won’t stay again. Hotel accommodations are unremarkable or worse. The shower had no door so water was all over the floor. The toilet sounded like a jet taking off. Food was outrageously priced. I knew it would be expensive but my expectations were shattered. The layout on the main floor was awkward. We needed help finding the showroom for Donny’s pre-VIP session.

Internet malfunction The room was OK but I had a horrible time with the internet connection and television reception..I contacted the hotel staff and they stated that they would try and reboot the system but it didn't work and they didn't care..

Mixed bag, mostly a good experience. After the first few hours all was good. The bad…check-in should have gone quickly with short lines but Harrah’s had only 3 front desk staff available most of the time and several of the self check in kiosks were offline. So it took over an hour to check in. After getting settled into our room we went downstairs for a quick bite prior to going to the Sphere to see The Eagles (excellent concert). We grabbed what was supposed to be a $17 club sandwich at the Cake and Back shop in the food court. Really Bad. A decent bread roll with some sort of unidentifiable fatty meat and two slices of cheese. No veggies in sight. Sachets of mayo and mustard didn’t help. The good… nice strip location and a comfortable room with a nice view at a reasonable rate. The casino was staffed with enough waitresses to keep the cocktails flowing. We had comp parking as well which helped considering exorbitant parking rates at Caesar’s properties. To be fair the rates were comparable to other properties on the Strip.

Never going to Harrah’s Vegas AGAIN! The TV would not work. What kind of hotel cannot get your TV to work so you can watch the game that you JUST BET MONEY ON?!?! I sat, like a moron, a tried to watch a football game in the hotel room I paid for. Why would ever trust this worthless corporate shill again? Answer. I won’t. I’d rather sleep with the homeless.
