First time was a charm! First time at Harrah’s- price was fantastic, but so were the valets and the bellboys! So helpful, pleasant and efficient! Room was very comfortable with all amenities…great stay- will come back again!

It could be better! We have stayed at several Harrahs resorts and just saying the Las Vegas location is becoming very tired and needing updated. We had issues with our safe which never got resolved but they did take a few dollars off our bill after the 4th call about it. No hand soap or amenities in the bathroom, and finally we were charged for candy from the mini bar that we never used. It’s a convenient location but unfortunately will not be staying there next time.

Dont recommend Dated. Awful thick dirty carpet in the hallway that made it hard to roll my suitcase. Friendly staff but overall I dont want to stay there again.

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. We had requested early check-in but despite repeated follow-ups, waiting in line for hours, we were not able to check in until 7:00 PM, three hours later than the standard 4:00 PM check-in time. We also attempted to check in using the self-service kiosks multiple times, but each attempt directed us back to the front desk. The express online check-in option also failed to work. Many other customers were experiencing the same. After starting our day at 3:30 AM traveling from Minnesota this prolonged and disorganized check-in process was extremely disappointing. Customer service in such situations must be improved many guests travel with families, children or elderly companions and being left without access to a room for several hours is unacceptable. We had booked a suite expecting a higher level of service and amenities but found only two towels provided. Additionally the pool was closed which was a major letdown. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations in service, communication or amenities. Not a good hotel and would not recommend.
