Harrahs hotel/ casino review Hotel/casino was typical for las Vegas strip. Chose this venue based on Southwest Airlines combo package and near Sphere. Only negative was bathroom. Looked very nice and clean but could be potentially dangerous based on no shower door to keep water off slippery marble flooring. I am 74 years old and wife 75. No grab bars in shower also makes bathing somewhat difficult. Bottom line I would still come back to Harrahs

You get what you pay for basically Our room was fine except for the shower in the bathroom. There is only half a door. Water goes everywhere. How, for safety and liability concerns, have they allowed this is beyond me. Someone could easily get electrocuted standing in water to use hair dryer or other hair appliances, or someone could slip in the water. The only other gripe I had was the lobby smells of cigarette, cigar, vaping. The elevators were fast which was a plus.

When will the smell leave my system/clothes I have never smelled anything like this hotel in my life. Before you even walk into the hotel, you can already smell an overpowering cologne scent. Just when you think that it cannot get worse, you get on the elevator and get off on your floor. Another stench hits you in the face, which makes you instantly start to gag. Once you get into your old, run down room, the smell does not get any better. After about 30 minutes of breathing through my mouth, I was finally used to the smell. I can honestly say that I have never in my life been so nauseous from a smell in my life. If that wasn't nasty enough, there were stains all over the wallpaper in the bathroom near the toilet. While I thought maybe my experience was just mine, I was with another traveler going to the same conference who had the exact same experience as mine.
