Remodeled rooms are awesome! Stay well floors are a must!!!! Have stayed here three times this Fall. The stay well rooms were out of this world. Must see to believe! Most suites redone!!! Bathrooms were great. Perfect fixtures and a very clean and modern design. Carpet is super cool and spotless. Decor was awesome and a very keen eye had a part in it. Really impressive! Beds were just right and the under lighting was well placed and really was well thought out. Tons of outlets and power ports. I was so impressed with MGM as this place used to be a dump.

One of the most fun stays. Fantastic room. Hotel has a fun and friendly vibe. The casino is large and there are plenty of bars to sit and play. Tons of good food and the tram is easy to get to.

Vegas Business Conference Stayed at the MGM Grand for a business conference from December 8th-the 12th 2025. Initial experience was great since the check in process was great and Bell Desk staff were prompt and helpful. I highly recommend getting an MGM account and downloading the app. Makes check in, check out, room charges and general requests much easier. Another pro tip, charge everything to the room to get your reward points. If you pay at certain restaurants and give them your rewards card, they won't except it. This goes for other MGM properties. We went to the Park MGM and were able to charge to our room at the Grand. I digress, Room was nice, but the hallways are like a quarter mile long and you can tell they have only been half remodeled. We had to walk to the conference rooms which from our room to the conference area, it really seemed like a mile long. Casino was smokey and crowded, but nice. Craps tables were typically $25 but there was one time the limits were $10 which I though was weird, but it was slow early that morning. Positive side is the pool was open, but it was unseasonally warm and 73 degrees. We also found out the pool was heated, so if you go during this time, bring a bathing suit just in case. Food at the MGM was not great. To be honest, we ended up eating elsewhere because the food was mediocre. We went to several places, and it seems like the service and cook staff were all hired by MGM and it was not good. For example, the Wolfgang Puck restaurant had staff with the attitude of a Denny's restaurant worker, instead of a higher end type place. All of the food was overpriced and mediocre. There is no way the food at Wolfgang Puck was overseen by an actual "chef" because it was terrible and just as meh as Netflix Bites, or any lobby bar. I swear it all came from the same vendor. Like all places on the strip, everything was overpriced, watered down and wimpy pours. Stay off strip for a better value and more fun. I would not stay here for a regular vacation.

Some Bartenders need training on customer service and need to smile and be personable Hotel & Check in staff were amazing. Overall it was a great time. Some employees there just act like they hate there jobs and are not very Nice . If you want to sit at a bar got to Casino Bar, the daytime staff are amazing, and seem to love their jobs. All employees at the cashier windows were also amazing and very helpful
