Awesome stay The stay was great, the hotel was beautiful, and the staff was professional. Israel from security went out of his way to assist me and my wife in retrieving our misplaced phone. I'm so grateful for assistance and professionalism. Staff such as Israel makes us want to come back and visit planet Hollywood again. Thank you Israel for all you do.

Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino The Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino are laid out well. The rooms are clean and updated. The casino is laid out well. There are plenty of reasonable dining options. It is nice to be able to shop at the Miracle Mile Mall for anything that you might need.

Jan 2026 business trip Was at the same place for the second year in a row. Nothing exciting this year. Pretty much the same experience this year as last. Early checkin depends on paying a fee. There's no advice as to when that checkin might be. The checkin fee before 12 is non-refundable even if you check in at or after 12 (seems wrong). There's just a non-caring attitude at checkin. Past getting to your room, you don't really come across staff unless you're gambling. Housekeeping is very solid. Food options here are decent, but venture out. If you forgot necessities, drug stores are very close.

Wonderful rooms The rooms at PH are large and well-appointed. The bathrooms have a large soaking tub and separate shower. We enjoy the lively casino, with a big variety of games. Beverage servers come around often.

DO NOT use AL chatbot I had 2 rooms reserved for Jan 8-12, 2026. The morning of Jan 8, I received 3 emails from Planet Hollywood regarding my 3 reservations. I went to website and cancelled the ONE reservation that I did not make. The cancellation was done through the AI Chatbot, Laurel. The AI Chatbot cancelled all 3 of my reservations. When I arrived I found out I had no reservations. The reservations had been made months in advance for a panorama suite plus another room. The front desk informed me I had no reservations and the same room would cost over $2000 more for 4 days. After at least an hour of refusing their answers, I finally got my rooms at the price of original reservation. I checked in at 2:55 PM and was charged for early check in for 2 rooms. Check in is 3:00 PM. The desk person said he couldn't change any charges that were done online. I cannot believe that Planet Hollywood doesn't allow any local decisions to be made
