SECURITY for the start Mr. Mckissick & Mr.Woods Security Officers Cody McKissick and Mr. Woods were absolutely amazing during my trip. They made us feel safe, comfortable, and truly cared for the entire time. They even provided a full itinerary, which made our experience so much smoother. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail went above and beyond. I would love to see them again on future trips, and I believe they truly deserve recognition for their outstanding service.

Too far from strip and rooms dated. Strat is too far from strip . Rooms dated we had initially booked room with two queens and on check in we were told they upgraded us to king bed room but it seemed more like downgrade. No kettle r coffee machine and bathroom so tiny it was shower and toilet and wash basin N room. Really disappointed with room. The main pool was closed so that was Also a let down. You could stay on strip for Same cost.

I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!! Hotel was nice half the time the cable tv did not work. NO HOT TUBS even though it is advertised as one there. Also every time you go to the casino you got bombarded by time share ppl THAT DONT KNOW OR UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF NO / NOT INTERESTED. THEY KEEP HOUNDING YOU.

Never again DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, after being talked into upgrading room there was no routine room cleaning no routine change of towels or bedding and after complaining told you have to request these. We did and still nothing.

The Good & the Bad! We've been staying at e Strat forever 20 years when visiting Las Vegas. We had a great time. But when checking in, Michael L. was not great. He was cold, aloof and gave us no info about how to park, etc. He talked so fast, hoping to upsell us a room we didn’t want. We had to get back in line to ask about parking, and how to set it up. The 2nd time, we talked to Julisa, who was great!! She has great customer service skills. But we shouldn't have had to wait in line TWICE.  In the room, the air conditioning didn’t work properly. It never got the room lower that 70 degrees even though it was set to 60 degrees. So hot as the temps outside were 107 degrees. Finally our refrigerator didn’t work and they had to bring us another. Annoying things. But it was pretty quiet and overall we enjoyed our stay. We loved the view from our room. Thank you to Julisa at the check-in desk & to the housekeeping staff that brought us a new refrigerator! Good housekeeping service.
