Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino

Perfect LAS Location I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Westgate during NFR. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The check in process was seamless. Every convenience was available from a shuttle to the Thomas & Mack center to car service for Cowboy Christmas at the convention center.

First and Last! The best thing about this trip was Lyndia at the front desk they give you $75 food and drink credit and then the majority of the good restaurants are closed on Monday and Tuesday or totally closed for renovation Wi-Fi sucked ,someone stole my jacket ,parking sucked made two trips this time my first and last rooms were virtually free on the strip at this time of year and they are not willing to work with you in any way I guess next time I'll read the reviews a Little closer

An usher named Alisa D. We had balcony tickets to see Barry Manilow. Not bad seats but not great either. After being seated for only a couple of minutes we were given the most wonderful gift from Alisa D, an usher for the show. She gave us 4th row seats! My husband and I couldn't believe it! She was so sweet as she asked us to follow her to the floor. We couldn't have imagined a better experience or a better view! So, shout out to Alisa D, usher for Barry Manilow show! Thank you so much! You're the best!!

Very Disappointing Stay - Not as Advertised We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Westgate Resort and Casino for the last weekend of NFR. Unfortunately, the room was nothing like the photos online, it was honestly laughable how different it looked in person. From the moment we walked in, there was a strong, unpleasant odor in the room. The towels also smelled bad, which made us question overall cleanliness. We noticed visible dust on the tips of the light switches and around door locks, which clearly hadn't been wiped down or sanitized in quite some time. Noise was another issue. Despite being at the end of a long hallway, we could clearly hear the room next to us showering and doors slamming at all hours making it difficult to relax or sleep. The Samsung TV in the room froze every few seconds due to weak wifi. We called for assistance, but the engineer didn't arrive for nearly two hours. By that point we were already asleep so the issue was never resolved. Basic amenities were missing. There was no mini bar and no coffee in the room. The table side USB outlet did not work and the pillows uncomfortable. There were also no bathrobes or slippers, which is surprising for a resort of this size and price point. We ordered room service, which was very overpriced, and it arrived in a brown paper bag. The wine glasses that came with it were dirty and unusable. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations and did not reflect the quality suggested online. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone expecting a clean, comfortable or well maintained room.

Good service at Westgate owners lounge Antonia, Hailie, and Alondra are great employees! They keep the lounge clean and pleasant environment. I would love to come here again
