The place to stay if you are taking a Maker's Mark Bourbon Tour. This hotel is very quiet. Even though it is close to traffic, we never heard the traffic or noise in another room. The air conditioning worked great. Bathroom was also set up really well and water pressure was super. Luckily, the person working at the reception area gave us a couple spot--on ideas for dinner. We highly recommend Regetti's which was about a mile away. We found our room extremely clean, spacious, and set up well. Breakfast is just your average hotel breakfast---nothing objectionable or memorable, but it will certainly do the trick. You are just a few miles on a well-marked road from Maker's Mark.

Horrible! Used rewards but got charged full price! Be aware! This hotel has very questionable practices. Our family stayed there due to a family member's funeral that we needed to go to in town. We used our rewards to book our stay. The rewards got taken out. Then we also got charged over $300 on the credit card that they ask for "accidental damages". The same thing happened to our relative that stayed there during the same nights. He also used rewards to book his and his family stay and also got charged the full price. We called this hotel and explained the situation to Anthony who works there. He says he has no idea what happened and cannot do anything about it. Very disappointing experience. Do not recommend this hotel.

Never again Stay somewhere else if possible if you have or need mobility ♿ rooms. I called 3 times including the day of arrival to confirm my room was mobility ada approved accessible. Told yes . When I get here it is far from that. No rails around the commode or correct in the tub. Not enough space for mobility device for my wife in the bathroom. When I asked the young lady at the front for a change she informed me that this is a handicapped room and I tried to explain that it did not meet ada requirements. She said it was all they had . The one room. I explained to her that under ADA guidelines a hotel of this size (58 rooms, she herself told me that) was required by law to have 4 correctly set up mobility accessible rooms I got that the previous owners did not do that. Not my problem. Also the closet door has a homemade handle in it that cut my hand when I tried to shut it. The ice maker on the first floor was down. The exterior entry doors that have signs stating they are locked at all times do not lock and per the night auditor the owners have been told for several months and chose to not do anything. Also the outside sodium lights are laying on the ground after being attempted to be held up by duct tape. Pool was too cold to use (indoor) and lastly trash laying outside on the ground in bags. I guess when you are the only game in town you can do what you want. I have to say that the staff was and is very nice, just dealing with a lot of needs.

Bed Hard as a Rock. Staff was good, hotel need maintenance and a detail cleaning. Staff was good, hotel need maintenance and a detail cleaning. Room was dusty and bed was horrible. Slept in the chair on second night. Unfortunately, this is the only hotel around this area unless you can get an AirBNB.

Never again A very disappointing stay. Being the only thing in the area, we made a reservation online. I went to the hotel number and could not get thru. It brought up the Hampton page, and I called that number. The operator said $145. But when I was thru, it was $199. When I got to the hotel, I wwas told it was only 130 snd they were sorry I dealt with a 3rd party. If this is Hampton's policy, I won't be staying with them. The hotel was less than average.
