Would stay again Great location, beautiful view and the room was really nice! It was an easy location to find, the staff were really nice and informative. Nothing beats the view of the lake while having a good selection for breakfast. Would recommend as a place to stay.

Best winter weekend getaway Wonderful weekend getaway. Location was perfect for us. Close to everything we wanted to do. Everyone we met was unbelievably friendly and courteous. The room was great. Can’t wait to come back in the spring to experience the Black Swan! FYI you need to have dinner at Mint (restaurant inside the hotel). SO GOOD!!!

Our favorite home away from home in the Berkshires My family has now stayed at the Black Swan 5 or 6 times in the last two years and twice this November Thanksgiving week. The Black swan has become our go to spot in the Berkshires. The rooms are always spotless, the lake views are beautiful and the breakfast and 24/7 special coffee machine (and hot chocolate) are great. All the staff are very friendly and you can tell they enjoy their work environment. Oh and Mint, the Indian restaurant on premises is one of the best Indian restaurants we’ve been to. We had to book another night at the last minute because of a flat tire and Michelle came through with an amazing lakeside room and a great rate too. Once you stay here once the BlackSwan will become your favorite home away from home in the Berkshires. We will be back for another stay in December.

Big Tub We sprung for a good deal on one of the big tub & fireplace rooms and it was really nice. Tub took half an hour to fill (large!) and water was piping hot. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well kept. The restaurant in the same building is great (if a little slow). The in room fireplace was charming and worth the few extra bucks. Aside: I wish the lightbulbs in the room were a warmer tone though, the bulbs were almost all a bright cool white which kinda kills the vibe.

Nice central location for exploring the area We loved our room 224, which has a balcony with a view of a little lake, a Jacuzzi tub, and a fireplace! Breakfast is included, just your basic hotel breakfast – but has one of the best hotel breakfast room views we’ve seen overlooking the same little lake.
