Overall I loved the hotel and my stay Price gauge on water they charge $2 per bottle of water and buy a case of water from Costco for $3.99 (40 bottles pet case. Great Stay! Great Stay! Enjoyed the staff and the quality of the rooms. Breakfast was great. I didn't get my points for this stay. I would like to know why. I will continue to stay a loyal customer as long as I get points for my stay at Best Western. I look forward to my next trip.

Disappointed Room was never cleaned in all the days we were there, even though we placed the please make up room tag on door everyday. We ran out of towels, toilet paper, trash over flowing and when asking front desk about why it was said there was a language barrier with the housekeeping. Tags are clearly different colors so language barrier or not you can train your staff what the colors on the tags mean. Highly disappointed with this stay.

Not great. Is this really a Best Western? We have come to really appreciate the quality of the brand. Not sure this hotel reflects that. No one was at the desk for 15-20min at check in time. Customers left. Once they did get there, there wasn't warmth, eye contact, a greeting or kindness. There was a winter blizzard, but they left the lobby fireplace off. We couldn't see where to turn it on. Miser vibes. Our key was turned off part way through our visit. There are noxious weeds with spines. If you go to the East side of the parking lot, you will find 5-7 shopping carts just left there, in a heap. There is dirt/gravel in the bottom of the hot tub. Bathroom fan won't stay off, and why is there a green light up in it? Questionable Smudges on bathroom wall, and finish wearing off of wooden furniture. Breakfast was ok. We found the cheapest toilet paper in our bathroom. We were immediately charged for everything at check-in, not check out.

Family trip Very nice hotel. My family has stayed here in the past. Coming back this weekend and are considering staying here again, we were a little disappointed with the breakfast, and our shower made a high-pitched noise.
