Stay at Holiday Inn Express in Lewiston Idaho. You will not be sorry!! It's wonderful Holiday Inn Express in Lewiston Idaho is the best hotel we have stayed in for a long time. Customer Service TOP NOTCH! When I booked I upgraded to a larger room. Holey Moley it was so roomy and the balcony was great to sit and relax. Windows all around which made looking at the river very nice. Breakfast OUTSTANDING!!!! Ernie's Steak House in the next parking lot was AWESOME so good WE ATE THERE TWICE BOTH TIMES WERE FANTASTIC and you can walk to it within seconds. Best place to stay!!

Skip It The hotel is currently under renovation but that being said, half of their services were not available. It was disappointing to not have the hot tub or breakfast even though both were advertised. The pool was also very outdated so I hope that is on the list for renovation. While we were at the pool area, we found several bugs in the pool towels that made me cringe. We did get a renovated room that was decent and typical of what you would expect from a holiday inn. They did have a to-go breakfast in the morning that brought you back to the days of covid but it wasnt your normal holiday inn fare. Overall, I probably wouldnt stay here again.

Beautiful views! Another nice stay at a Holiday Inn!! The hotel is under construction but we were not bothered by anything. Front desk staff at check in was very friendly, the breakfast had several choices to set your morning off on a good note! Didn't hear many doors slamming, all around quiet and comfy.

My Heroes! Even under construction/remodeling, this motel beats most others in town. I had to leave another motel after coming back from dinner with friends because, when I pulled back the sheets, I saw that the bed linens hadn't been changed (seriously--you don't want to know) and the room was honestly filthy. Walked into HIE at 2:00 a.m., and they gave me a cold bottle of water and put me up in my favorite room. What a difference! Friendly, helpful, professional, VERY clean. I was so comfortable, I slept through the beginning of morning construction noise! When I checked out, Brian, the manager, made sure my room was billed correctly. (I can't remember the name of the night front desk clerk, but she was so kind and helpful!) Many thanks to the crew at Lewiston Holiday Inn Express!

Room was fine, breakfast needs an upgrade Our room was nice. The bed was a bit firm for our liking, but the A/C worked well and the room was clean and everything worked as expected. When we arrived for breakfast at 9:30am, there were no cinnamon rolls, no muffins, no yogurt, no chocolate milk, and no forks. All of these options were available the next morning. Apparently granola, bananas and peanut butter are not options at all. We tried to sit outside to enjoy the view, but we were accosted by several yellow jackets and there were no traps visible. Very disappointing breakfast experience. Also, the IHG website has glitches. It asks me to log in multiple times in order to post a review and then at the "preview" of my review, the Edit option does not work.
