Nice, quiet and clean hotel I decided to join their rewards program as they offer decent accommodations at reasonable prices. We chose this hotel to stay in on our way home from Myrtle Beach. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very nice having a hot breakfast available in the morning free of charge. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool and had it all to ourselves. It is a smaller hotel and it is pretty quiet. We will return!

Would definitely stay here again!! I am a GM with another non Choice hotel brand but had the pleasure of staying at the Quality Inn while visiting my boyfriend while he is there with his work crew. I was only there 2 nights but everyone i encountered was extremely nice. The housekeeping/ laundry employees are doing an amazing job! The room and whole hotel is very clean and things are in good shape. The front desk team including the manager Heather were so accommodating while helping me with the pet fee. Marie who I believe may be the GM even helped me stall my boyfriend while I decorated his room with birthday balloons. They all made me feel like family even only being there for a short time. Great job Quality Inn Lexington NC, you are all rockstars!!

If you're coming to Lexington/Thomasville, NC - stay here. I expect somewhere like the Gaylord to welcome us with enthusiasm and even a welcome sign out front. But a handmade foam board WELCOME hanging in the lobby with balloons and tissue paper everywhere? Wow! Now that is someone who cares about her hotel and people's stay there. The rooms were clean and working, the breakfast area was clean. All around, it was a great experience. Maria, the manager, deserves a heck of a lot more than whatever she's getting paid. She is an asset to the Choice Hotels brand.

An overall good experience The experience overall at this location was awesome and great. However, there was a medium-sized hole on the surface of the desk within the room we were in. We didn’t use that desk, so it wasn’t a big deal, but that and somewhat of an aging or slight wear of the hotel room, prompted my wife and I to give this hotel four stars instead of five. The really awesome thing about this hotel is that I paid government price due to being a veteran. I didn’t think that something like that would be policy at different hotels throughout the United States, but apparently it was at this one. That, of course, was much appreciated.

NOT a Gold Award Hotel!!! There is no way this hotel should have won a GOLD award. The pool was broke, no notice provided before we got there (however, I received multiple emails including one on the previous day making sure I was still coming). The only working ice maker was on the third floor. None of the soda machines worked, I was told by the staff, 'yeah someone should buy some sodas and fill that sometime'. I booked two rooms, it would have been nice if they were next to each other. The one room was supposedly cleaned, maybe the bed made and vacuumed but that was it. There was a dirty washcloth in the shower, there was still hair allover the sink and sink counter, the shower curtain was dirty, there was left over fruit loops from the previous stay under the night stand. When you book a room at a Non-Smoking hotel you do that for a reason, you do not need to walk out the front door to the hotel staff smoking with one on each side so that you have to walk through a plume of smoke to get into and out of the hotel. There is no way this hotel should have ever won any awards other than dog hotel of the year maybe!! I like my dog more than that so I would find a better place for them also. Go elsewhere!!!
