Friendly, Helpful Staff From the moment we checked in to the next day at breakfast, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and we were really surprised how good the complimentary breakfast was. Brenda, June and Annabelle were beyond friendly. They greeted us with a smile and were eager to help. They even showed us how to use the fancy pancake maker. They cleared our dirty dishes from table and asked if there was anything else they could help us with. Overall a great experience. Would recommend to friends and family

Cross country funeral Our sister in law recently passed away and we traveled to Lincoln California for the funeral. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection and interestingly a pancake machine. Would stay here again

Great breakfast and staff at the Lincoln Holiday Inn Express My wife and I had been looking for our retirement home in the Auburn - Roseville area and Lincoln became our town. We stayed in a few Holiday Inn Express' and while our experiences were not necessarily negative in others our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Lincoln was definitely the best. The free breakfast was much better than others we tried. While we pretty much went elsewhere while staying in others we ate breakfast at the Lincoln facility every morning. The staff at the breakfast bar were friendly and courteous always keeping the food hot and full and refilling coffee for the guests at the tables. Amazingly, the bacon was some of the best we ever had and they always had great biscuits and gravy. We were impressed. Also, without request they came in every day and changed the towels, made the beds and did a general room refresher. We have not had that kind of daily room service at any of our regular hotels. Even our more expensive ones. We were very impressed with Holiday Inn Lincoln and will stay here and send our friends and family here when we do not have room in the house.

Rude Was with Friend of mine when she received a call from a mutual friend. Saying that. He had used her players point for a discounted rate on a room. No one called of. Asked her permission. She didn't have to come show i.d or anything and when she called to find out. What was going on she was accused of lying and. The front desk clerk was so rude she actually hung up on her not once but repeatedly. Had she been yelling cursing or doing anything disrespectful I would understand however, that was not the case. Very unprofessional. Very uncomfortable worst experience ever I could believe my ears.

Wait till they are done with the remodel. We stayed here just one night. We did know they were remodeling and that the pool and business center would not be open. We didn't know that our room would be missing furniture. There was a small TV on the wall that one really couldn't see from the couch or bed because it was so small. The entertainment center seemed to be missing and the coffee maker just sitting on a tiny table in a strange place. The room was also 170.00 which seem like a LOT for Lincoln on a Tuesday night during a major remodel. Breakfast was really stripped down because they had to cram it into a room with reception etc. Ok....remodel and keep renting rooms, but charging full price to make us come in the back door on a 108 degree day?? The staff were great and I felt sorry for them having to make due in such an odd situation.
