Stress free vacation The staff was very helpful and friendly The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The complimentary breakfast and dinner were good. The hot tub and pool were clean and perfect temperature. We will definitely book future stays at this hotel.

Great stay My sis and I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Angel at the front desk was helpful, professional, and had a warm inviting demeanour. It was a real treat to be served by him. My sis wanted me to say she really liked the cookies _

Awesome Best night ever. Great clean rooms. Fresh sheets. Hit tub pool open all night. Coffee. Extra towels and free breakfast. Wonderful escape. We come here often to meet business associates in town so we don't have to travel distances. Great room great staff. Just great.

Used to be the spot now over charging for less This choice hotel in Lincoln city is one of the motels that made us choice privilege members because we came so much and loved it ever sooo much they used to charge from $90-$130 a night. The pool was 24 hours a day biscuits and gravy in the morning and great service by the manager Shawn!Fast forward a few years later now it’s $300 a night no biscuits and gravy. The pool is not 24 hours a day and they don’t even bother putting water in the gym.even when I asked. Typical American way nowadays pay for more and get less so sad _ for the price you can get better. This place is ran down. They haven’t did much to the inside only the outside Stains on the carpet tears in the furniture always crappy parking if u have a truck don’t bother _still great service! that’s all they have going for them. people that they probably don’t pay enough anyway_that treat you right amber u we’re amazing

Not impressed in many ways First of all, We would have given a 5 had Amanda been there on our arrival. Amanda was extremely pleasant and helpful on the phone when I was having issues booking our stay for our vacation. When we arrived on our motorcycles, after a long day of wet, rainy and cold weather, we were greeted by a gruff woman behind the counter. We had to try to win her over to a better attitude. We shouldn't have to do that. As I stated, we rode in from an all day heavy rain. We were looking forward to washing and drying our clothes. Then we found out that their washer and dryer didn't work. The gruff woman behind the desk offered no apology for that. The maintenance crew wasn't any help either. The room was just as bad. The shower curtain was on a rod that wasn't level, so the curtain kept sliding to the center from both sides, leaving the ends exposed for water to spray out on to the floor. Safety issue. We hung up some of our clothes on the closet and the rod came crashing down dropping all of our clothes on the floor. We told the gruff lady at the desk about it. She told the maintenance guy next to her and he just shrugged his shoulders. Sorry, but next vacation will be at a different location in town. We weren't impressed with this place. The only good I can say is that they were right across the street from an excellent restaurant, Kyllos, and the hotel had covered parking for our motorcycles. Not enough to earn 5 stars, though.
