Oh, No! About as bad as it gets. Bedbugs!!! I reserved rooms for my staff here during a training. By the second night of the training we realized one of our people had multiple itchy bites. The hotel said they checked and there were no bedbugs. I let my staff leave the training and go back and check and they found bedbugs almost immediately. We have pictures and videos of bedbugs of all ages crawling around. Lots of bedbug poo as well! After an unreasonable amount of discussion, the hotel said they would give us a refund. My staff finished the training, bought new clothes, bought garbage bags, cleared everything out of the hotel, spent HOURS in a laundromat and still had to work the training the next day. Now the hotel is not giving us our money back. They are saying that my staff members are dirty! It is a good thing that we are mental health therapists and know how to stand up for ourselves. It's also good that we know some great trauma therapists. This has been so distressing to my staff.! We are all tired and having to spend hours on the phone talking to various customer service people. This is definitely not a good use of my time and my staff is upset! I understand that any hotel is going to have to deal with bedbugs at times. Do you want to stay at a hotel that denies it and is rude and does not keep their word? I would hope that Choice Hotels and Priceline take notice of this problem and help get it resolved! I wonder if the hotel is putting as much effort into getting rid of these bedbugs as they are in putting into denying responsibility?

Shouldn't have these problems Everything was fine. Breakfast is about the same as any other budget hotel (not very good). My biggest issue is the Wifi. To some it might not seem like a big deal but to the people who travel for work and spend 90% of there time staying at a hotel it turns into a very important factor. For example it took about 10 min just to be able to write this review. so if you travel a lot and/or need reliable WIFI I would stay away from here since you will be getting less than 1 mb a second (which is a joke in 2024). And if the owners happen to read this please please show some consideration to the people that work on the road and would maybe wanna stream a movie or video call home after a long day of work.

Loud road noise in the room, lying frontdesk I am a platinum member and I am staying at this location for a business trip. As soon as I checked into my room, I noticed loud road noise in the room. I talked to the front desk twice about switching room and I would be willing to go to a room with queen beds instead of a king as I reserved, but kept on being told the hotel is fully booked. However, when I check on Choicehotels.com, this hotel is 82% booked. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am very disappointed.

Spacious Room but Lacks Much TLC Check-in was fine but we waited in line behind a construction crew of 10 men, and there were several other construction crew pickups in the parking lot. The room carpet looked like the crew(s) (and the Scandinavian army) had stayed there many nights as the carpet was seriously and disgustingly stained. Either shampoo or replace the room carpets. Hallway carpets looked good, recently replaced, but stairwell carpets were also in major need of replacement. Not at all what we’ve come to expect at a Comfort Suites. The price was right but I guess you get what you pay for. Pbly will look elsewhere on next stay.

No pool! Don’t book if you want to swim. Pool is broken! Don’t stay here if you are hoping to swim with your kids. We booked this hotel after searching for a place with a pool. Upon arrival we learned the pool is broken and has been for a while. Very disappointed and we hope to warn other travelers hoping to swim with their kids after traveling.
