Would stay again! I was highly impressed with this hotel. Not only was the service impeccable but the rooms and all other facilities were very clean and well maintained. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family in the future! 10/10 indeed!

Horrible! I am shocked at how bad this hotel is. How can it be called a HIX? The entire hotel was dirty through and through, run down, and the front desk clerk made sure we understood how inconvenienced he was to pull away from his phone to check us in. The bathroom was a thing of beauty with stains, mold, sticky floors, empty shampoo/conditioner bottles, and a tp roll hanger that was hanging by one screw, barely. The TV didn't work at all. The closed window leaked water all over the floor during the night. I would avoid this place like the plague.

Nice place... This is a newer place that we found was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was betty than at other places, but the eating area was very small for a hotel of this size. The front desk lady was friendly and helpful when we discovered that our reservation got lost. Luckily, the hotel was not busy. Our only concern was the breakfast lady who seemed interested in watching us eat, and sitting in a chair that could be used for guests eating breakfast.

Customer service pro Booking online was a hassle but after gaining a reservation at the IHG my experience changed. The receptionist Leslie was extremely professional and kind. You could tell she definitely valued her job and cared about the customers experience. She was extremely helpful in resolving an issue with the reservation. I plan on visiting Nebraska in the future and will definitely be going back to This particular IHG.

The worst kind of hotel experience A friend and I booked this hotel through Priceline late one evening while making a 23 hour drive home. The receptionist was nice and checked us in. My friend commented on the walk to the room that it was odd how clearly you could smell cigarette smoke considering it was a Holiday Inn. Upon entering room, immediately noticed the white bedspread had a large reddish, brown stain. We requested another room. Upon entering second room, we are now being mindful of cleanliness. My friend almost immediately flips a pillow over to find two small dried blood stains along with numerous, older brown stains on the pillow. At this point, we no longer feel comfortable staying at this hotel. It has now been 4 days and Priceline along with the Holiday Inn continue to refuse to reimburse us for the room. I guess their parent company’s “IHG Clean Promise.” Absolutely do not recommend Priceline or the Holiday Inn.
