Would stay again Alisha and Triana saved us when we left our daughter's bag in the parking lot. They not only found it, but called us and sent it. Hotel is clean, large, and sleep quality was good. We had two rooms. Pet friendly. Quiet. Breakfast is actually a hot breakfast with protein and not just sugar/carb overload. We would def stay again.

Comfortable stay in June 2024 Very convenient location to where we needed to be(Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home). A large hotel area, and you can tell that they do events/weddings due to the extended space. Clean rooms, ample shower liquids, overall a nice hotel to stay in for a few days. The breakfast area was pretty standard(eggs, sausages, frend toast), but fresh fruit would have been a great addtion, as well as a waffle maker. We will stay there again if the need arises.

Room 209 had a Wet bed- horrible noise- DIRTY- HORRIBLE MANAGER Our bed was wet and smelled like pee/phnemonia. The worst part now has been the general manager has been very disrespectful during this claim process and trying to get my refund. She said the bed wasnt wet when we got the room... (she wasn't even in the office till Monday and we checked out sunday). You can't get a refund from this place... even if you lay in BIOFLUIDS. I spent $200 and had to sleep on the pull out couch... Also they rent out the event rooms for weddings. The noise was HORRIBLE till 11/midnight... thank gosh we didn't have our kids or they wouldn't have slept... 6.99 for the breakfast is a scam (they gave me a voucher for the loud muaic all night- it was all picked over and we still had to go to village inn for breakfast as it was picked over. NIGHTMARE STAY AWAYYYYYYY!!!

Disappointing We have stayed here many times in the last few years, but our experience recently was less than desirable. The check-in went very smoothly, and the young man at the front desk was courteous. Housekeeping, however, seemed to be lacking. A card in our room noted "Daily Room Refresh" which entailed making the bed, emptying the trash, replenishing of amenities, etc. This did not occur during our 3 day stay. K-cups were not replenished, and at 8:00 this morning, the coffee in the lobby was empty. The trash can by the elevator on our floor was overflowing. The laundry/ vending room area needed some attention, mainly a good floor sweeping. No hair dryer in the room. This trip, our stay was just a bit disappointing. For the price we paid per night, we felt like the service was lacking.

Seeing red in Lincoln In recent memory of my travels this hotel probably goes down in the top 10 if not top 5 of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. IHG needs to strip the ownership of the Holiday Inn name off the building. The front desk was rude and indifferent at multiple points of the three night stay. Checkin was painfully slow. As has been indicated on here the carpet in the hotel is worn, stained and bubbled everywhere. The rooms smell musty. The mattress on both beds in my room have body indentions because they are so old and used. It's like sleeping in a canyon. After the first night our entire business traveling party's rooms keys didn't work as did other guests and the line to get our keys fixed was long and glacial. This hotel does NOT offer free breakfast. Instead they want you to pay $15 for their gruel that is of the low end quality of a lot of other hotels. Food is served buffet styled in aluminum tins if that gives you any indication. The hotel bar is not open despite appearances. Kind of hard to believe, especially on a Nebraska football weekend. On one of the nights I came back to the hotel to find the front doors were broken and could not enter the hotel, so I had to go around the building to gain entry, which was irritating in the Nebraska cold. The entire staff was rude and acted like they could care less if you were there. So much for Nebraska nice. I love Lincoln, but I can't vouch for this hotel.
