Adequate accommodations for work Relatively quiet being near busy high traffic area. No exterior eateries within walking distance. Not walk-friendly area. Close to I-20. Wi-fi was dependable. AC ran constantly, never reached auto setting of 70. Don’t venture out or order delivery 5pm-630pm traffic is terrible on Thornton Road.

Trash rooms and lying staff Never go here if you can avoid it Stayed on 12/21-22 We called ahead and where told that both the hot tub and pool were operational and open so we booked the hotel. To our surprise when we arrived both were closed due to weather. The weather that night was 55 and partly cloudy. When we brought the issue up to the front desk on the day of checkout they told us that the manager would get ahold of us… not shocking another lie. Overall this hotel is over priced, poor quality and to make it better the staff blatantly lies.

Motel like Hotel When I checked in for a 4 night stay I was told about the old Covid we can’t clean your room scam. Even though no employees wear masks and Covid is over, this place has decided to cut corners by not cleaning the rooms. It’s the patron’s responsibility to clean the garbage cans, make the beds, tidy up the room, and ask for clean towels. Unlike all the other hotels in the area comparably priced that offer complimentary breakfast, this place has a minimalist continental breakfast they try to strong arm patrons into paying $7-$12 for each morning — so pathetic. They should raise their rates a few bucks and offer a complementary breakfast. We tried the breakfast experience one morning and it left a bad taste in our mouth in more ways than one. Definitely lots of better hotels in the area to patronize. It’s a one and done for me.
