Buyer Beware Made a reservation for the week of AirVenture a year in advance using Hotels.com. When I arrived at the location, I was told they had 'lost' some reservations, but not to worry....they had set aside rooms for those affected. HOWEVER, they would not honor my rate of $129 a night, and the new rate was over $350 a night. I declined that 'generous' offer and found other accommodations. I was told there was no appeal within the property as their GM had quit the week before, and that they were told to not have people call corporate, but take a number and hope for a call back. I have subsequently contacted corporate customer service and they said there was nothing they could do.

Hotel very rundown. The hotel is very in need of a renovation and thorough cleaning. Carpeting was buckled in hallway. Room had large stain on drapes. Chairs were filthy. Paid for a suite to use the sofa bed which wouldn’t open. Blood on the bedspread. Needed to clean out gunk in bathroom sink. Beds were comfortable. Towels were plentiful and soft. Walls were paper thin and could hear actual conversation next door. Waterpark in dire need of repair. One slide was closed with yellow caution tape. Rope netting under slides torn and dangerous for toddlers. Frustrating that day passes are sold which made the pool very crowded. Please be aware that there are no slides appropriate for young toddlers. Breakfast was good with good selection of items. Breakfast area was clean. Hotel needs much work. Would not return.

This place is very outdated and dirty. Rooms are not cleaned well. Would not book again. This hotel seems like it would be nice but it’s very run down. The carpet everywhere is pulled up and ‘bubbled’. The wallpaper (yes wallpaper) in our bathroom was gross. Our room had not been cleaned throughly, we found personal belongings left behind and pizza leftovers in the mini fridge. Our provided toiletries were already opened, the seals were clearly broken. The hotel was fully booked this weekend, so it was very loud, kids running around everywhere. The pool (one of the main reasons we picked this place) was absolutely packed, elbow to elbow, we didn’t swim for that reason. All of the hallways smell like a dirty diaper and feet. You can hear the showers running in the neighboring rooms extremely loud. We tried to make the best of it on our close to home mini getaway, but I would not book this hotel again, or recommend it. Wouldn’t have been worth it at half the price I paid.

Go for the pool Like most people, we were staying there because the pool was a tier above a normal hotel pool. And it clearly was - the slides were great and my kids loved it. The beds were not queens and were a little hard. Staying there during the week is very different than on a weekend.
