Stellar place to rest, relax, reconnect This is a beautiful facility, three story with open atrium in center, lovely landscaping on the grounds. Rooms clean, quiet, remind me of art deco gone modern. Very classy, like the staff. Manager Clarence runs a tight, cohesive team. Steph at the front desk was polite, professional and helpful. Service with a smile! Selene took great care of us at breakfast. Sweet, kind and hard working lady. Linens were crisp, comfortable. AC worked smoothly. We like it cold (66) at night. Loved the large L-shaped seating area in our room (317). Very comfy for just relaxing. Pan head rain shower felt great! Plenty of hot water. Soft, absorbent towels. Everything you want in a hotel. The only glitch we had was with another guest who let their young toddlers run around the facility like it was a playground. Clarence and staff responded quickly to address the disrespectful guest behavior. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Little Rock.

Quaint Hotel This is a small quaint hotel. It is nice for a couple. It is a small hotel in an area off the beaten path, even though it is not near downtown there are restaurants are close by. There was a restaurant onsite but we did not dine there. Our room had a king bed but it had the space of a suite. Almost similar to an Embassy Suites. There was a separate sitting area with a pull out sofa bed, mini fridge and microwave with a coffee station. That was a nice surprise. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful no matter who was there. Each person I encountered was very pleasant. This property was considered a “boutique“ hotel. I’m not sure what that is supposed to mean but it did not appear to be anymore elevated or elegant than other standard hotels that are also nice, clean and with good service.

FRAGRANCE ALERT! FRAGRANCE ALERT! As soon as the front doors open there is an over whelming sweet/perfume smell. If you are sensitive to strong perfume don't stay here. The rooms are great and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. We used the pool before leaving and it was very nice. If it wasn't for the fragrance throughout the hotel I would give it a 5.

Great Spot (with 2 exceptions) Really cool hotel! Exceptionally clean and smelled amazing. So glad we found this place. However, breakfast was supposed to open at 7 am, and by the time we left at 8 am it still was not open because some one apparently did not show up? Then upon our departure we asked for water (as Hilton Honors members) and were told that this hotel “doesn’t do that.” Even if that is the case, it may have been the last they could have done for my hungry 6 old.

Anniversary Trip This is an excellent hotel choice. We booked the only suite they have……it was amazing! It’s definitely one I’d book again if it that area. We were celebrating our 39th anniversary. They have an onsite restaurant which has very good food! We did not dine in but room service did not disappoint! The check in was easy and staff is very attentive and can offer information for the surrounding area.
