a rocky start for a room The last minute reservation was ok andThe room was fine and they got my husband to the airport in a timely manner. However, an employee took him to the airport in a personal car and not the shuttle and she said she was unfamiliar with her car as it was new. She also wanted the windows down and he declined because he was going on a business trip. Because of her efforts, he did get across the street to the airport but she was the breakfast cooker as well- so he ended up not getting any breakfast before his long flight an that is the biggest reason why I booked this hotel. There was also some big language barriers and I tried many times to spell his name over the phone for the reservations and they still spelled it wrong on the invoice. I tried many times to spell my email address for a receipt to them because when he checked out the staff said there was a system done and then our payment showed on the bank website and then disappeared and has since come back and charged my account. I am frankly worried if there is a second charge that ill pop up now and will dispute it if there is. it took 5 phone calls from me to them to be able to get the receipt emailed to me. I doubt very highly we will ever use this hotel again because it was such a hassle trying to communicate and get details in order and even when I said please reserve the room with my card but do not charge it and charge his card. It ended up working out but regardless. The owners need to be a bit more professional in their presntation with the Holiday Inn brand.

Room 205 needs serious attention!!! After a day of delayed and cancelled flights, the LAST thing one should have to worry about is where they rest their head. This hotel by far is the worst Holiday Inn Express establishment that I’ve been to. I’ll start with my arrival, I’ve gotten used to the musty carpet smell but having to deal with all of the ants by the fridge and microwave shelf was ridiculous. An exterminator is definitely needed!! Then I go wash my hands and the faucet is broken, it needs to be tightened at the base. So I grab my towel to go shower and the towel is frayed (this should not be presented for consumer use). I finally start my shower only to find improper drainage. Luckily I had my water slippers. I would stay here again but only after they take a little more care with their rooms.

Never Again I stayed here for a business meeting. Honestly, this hotel needs to be bulldozed and rebuilt. I don’t know how it carries the Holiday Inn Express name. It surely doesn’t meet their standards. It is so old there is no fixing it. It smells so bad. The room was very dark and not clean. The bed was not comfortable and I got very little sleep. I think the staff tries but it’s just beyond fixing. I will never stay here again. It’s close to the airport and they do let you park here and provide a shuttle, but they charge for parking so it’s more convenient just to park at the airport.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! What a nightmare! 1. Our first floor room was a very, very long walk through the hotel. 2. Other guests on the elevator said that their key did not work, and they had to walk all the way back to the front desk. 3.T he room smelled very musty. 4. The toilet refilled so slowly that I had to refill it with a trash can from the bath tub. 5. Worst of all: The bed came crashing down at 4 a.m. in the morning. What a rude awakening in the middle of the night! The bedframe broke. 6. The carpet in the entraceway was soping wet. 7. Broken lampshade. 8. I prepaid $5 for a breakfast that was not worth $3. 9. The only good aspect of this stay was that the front desk personnel and restaurant personnel were very pleasant, although they did not offer me compensation for the broken bed and non working toilet. I have been traveling for over thirty years and have never experienced anything like this. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again. VHR

Airport shuttle unreliable One of the main reasons for choosinf this hotel is proximity to airport and shuttle. We have been waiting with our luggage on the sidewalk for over 30 minutes and called three times without any success. The front desk personnel do not appear to care about picking up their guests who have paid to leave their vehicles there.
