Very poor customer service at Hampton Inn I made a reservation a month before the date requested. I got no confirmation email at that time. I phoned to cancel 5 days before the requested date and was told there was no reservation in my name or with my telephone number. Two days after the reserved date I find I was charged. They have refused to refund my money. I will never stay at another Hampton Inn anywhere!

Needs some updates...find another option in Syracuse This place needs some updating. The curtain in our room was torn and the wall paper was peeling. Nice people, but the hot tub was weird...like HUGE bubbles but no jets that are actually therapeutic, glad they had the tub though since most of the Ohio hotels have them outside and shut for the season (that by the way is silly). Wouldn't go back, poor location, hotel needs some updates.

Flat pillows!!! The pillows are SO FLAT!!! The hotel itself is nice for the most part but I tossed and turned all night.Hot tub is a great feature but seen a lot of scum at the bottom. I’ve stayed here before several times for the hot tub but seems to be lacking a bit this time around.

Our room smelled like a bag of nachos and dirty feet! The bed spread also smelled like arm pits! Our room smelled terrible upon arrival. The manager Ian sprayed Lysol in attempt to correct or clean the stench. They weren't able to move us to another room because we required handicap accessibility and there wasn't one available.

Softball Tourney 1 This hotel was clean and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was huge. The manager was friendly as was the attendant at the front desk. He was polite, welcoming and very helpful. I would recommend
