Excellent Service This was an amazing experience, Shoutout to Missy and Tina for and Shoutout to the entire staff! comfy bed, pillows and super clean I will return again and again Customer service is everything! It’s hard to find that these days. the indoor pool is a whole vibe!

We had a great time ! A great Experience ! Great Location and exceptional Service ! The Free Breakfast is delicious and gets the job done. Tina was very friendly and kind to us all, and we were so happy with the room. Cleanliness was great and WiFi got the job done! I am writing this to let you know you won't be disappointed with this hotel!

NIce, Clean Well-run Hotel I stayed 3 nights in May. The hotel had good rates for the area. It was not the cheapest but worth it. It is a clean hotel that is 4 stories. The elevator ran well. The beds were very comfortable. The HVAC system worked well as did the Fridge. There is a microwave in the room as well as an iron & ironing board. Everything worked well in the room. The garbage cans were relatively large for a hotel (they are usually pretty small!). The towels were smaller and not luxurious but did the job. There was no maid service unless requested. We had no problem getting towels, etc. at front desk. The breakfast was standard - waffles, eggs, sausage patties, cereal, GF bagels, and sugar free syrup. Breakfast had my preference of Equal substitute sugar (many places do not have Equal). The coffee machine had both regular & Decaf coffee of various strengths. My Decaf was good. I spoke to one person who did not like the regular coffee. The only negative was that the cable system was limited & confusing to use. The guide channels did not respond to the controller. They had CNN, FoxNews, Food Network, CBS sports & several other packages probably off a satellite. There were very few, if any, local channels. I’d definitely stay here again!

10 stars all the way. Highly recommend this hotel. Great value, clean, super comfy, friendly, awesome free breakfast with great verity. While the outside of the hotel has busy streets the hotel held a sense of peace inside, so I was pleasantly surprised at this little slice of heaven. The pool area was nice and clean, not overloaded with chemicals (just right!). I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again.

Excellent management and customer service. Clean and comfortable rooms and beds! Our # 1 choice when we travel South! Paul and Cathy excel in customer service. They handle the front desk professionally and efficiently. They are our only choice in the area!
