Best Western Lompoc I great place to stay in Lompoc but a word of advice... If you want the free breakfast get there early. There are plenty of places close by to get food. Take advantage of all the fantastic wineries all around the Santa Rita Hills.

Nice managers rude kitchen worker The morning of leaving the Kitchen worker was rude and asked how I got into the breakfast area when I asked if there were any more waffle mix, she didn't even answer my question. Just in a loud tone "How did you get in here!" I locked the door! Mind you there was another guest behind me wondering the same thing. Breakfast was not even done yet. It was a long drive and also to found syrup on the blanket the night before which was not a good sign. So threw that to the floor and luckily I had my own blankets I brought with me.The managers were nice though at 1 a.m. I was not about to call I was to tired from driving over 300 miles that night.

Most popular hotel in town Pleasant, all the usual amenities. Four floors, take your pick. Full breakfast included. A couple of strange things, however. Use the door key to open the door, but you have to pull UP on the handle, not down. The shower was strange also. You have to pull very hard OUT to get the water to turn on.

BEWARE!! Very run down hotel. Needs improvements. Not worth your money. Mattresses are old and stiff spring type. Our toilet was clogged. Doors falling off hinges. Dirty window. Paint falling off walls and doors. Bad breakfast experience. Very uncomfortable stay.

Horrible bed and bedding! Worst mattress I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Cheap bedding as well. They remodeled nicely, but skimped on the most important thing when traveling, other than cleanliness, a comfy cozy bed. Also, the toilet is 2 feet off the ground, ridiculous.
