The Best Best Western This hotel is excellent. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the beds and pillows (SIX!!) are superb. The facility is tastefully appointed and spotless. The complimentary breakfast is easily the best Ive ever eaten, with a vast array of choices all (self) served on real plates with actual cutlery

A Very Enjoyable Stay I am rarely blown away by a hotel experience, but really enjoyed my single night here at BW Plus. I have stayed at other BWs, but never a Plus. Way better than the lower end of the chain. Friendly, welcoming staff. Spotlessly clean in public areas and in my room. Ice machine was not working so front desk staff took my ice bucket to the kitchen and filled it to the brim. Satellite TV. Firm mattress. Quiet man floor room. Conveniently located on the edge of London so no coping with city traffic (except for the single lane nightmare on the 401 due to construction at that exit). The on-site restaurant Pasto's was also outstanding. My dinner was great, a hidden gem. Full breakfast is served in the restaurant as well with the usual cold stuff plus half dozen hot buffet items to choose from. Don't be put off by the condition of the parking lot -- it looks pretty rough and clearly needs re-paving. I am unlikely to be in the area again but would definitely recommend the Stonebridge and will now look for other BW Plus hotels in my travels.

Another great location/hotel Great location, wonderfully clean and well laid out. Warm and welcoming staff. We noted that the hotel was in perfect condition. The bed and room was very comfortable. Love that this location has a top-notch Italian restaurant on location. We'll be back for sure.

Everything you need Was there for a wedding and the room decorations and vegan dinner was superb…..still trying to figure out to make delicious carrot cake without dairy. Beautiful chapel on the grounds so everything just right there

Good Experience It was a nice hotel experience as it was far away from other amenities. Everything you needed was there for you. The staff were very friendly. I had a number of guests there for a wedding, they offered a guest discount but it was the same price or more than what the travel search engines offered. I will let you ask the staff to explain that.
