Best Western Long Beach Inn

Not worth the price Clean property, friendly staff, but was very dissatisfied with the air conditioner which barely kept the room cool. The breakfast also should have had a non-dairy egg option. Luckily the temperature outside was not very hot, otherwise the room would have been very uncomfortable.

All rooms are pet rooms We stayed at this Best Western for the first time. Spent two nights. Sunday and Monday. We had made reservations online. We always ask for the same type of room. King bed, away from machines, and upstairs. Once we got settled in, we realized the toilet was wobbly. Really wobbly. There were some big stains near the door. And the tv remote, or the tv wasn't working well. Sometimes the tv would just turn off. And everything was coated with dust, We stayed in the room, and then heard dogs barking across the hallway. I went to the front desk and ask if dogs were allowed upstairs. They said EVERY ROOM was a pet friendly room. (that's what the stains at the door were from) They have a good breakfast, and the lady that works there does a great job. But they don't have enough tables/chairs. The breakfast area is larger than most, and could easily take three of four more tables. And now...while on our last morning, this woman comes in and loads plate after plate of eggs, potatoes, and bacon. And walks them outside to the alley/street in back, saying...she is going to feed her dogs. I think when we made the reservations on the Best Western site, it should have stated...ALL rooms are pet rooms. I'm a dog lover. But I don't want to stay in a dog room. We won't be going back.

A nice place to stay The hotel was clean, updated. Location was great and price was ok. It didn't have a hot tube, though. It included breakfast and the lady was made it was very friendly. The staff in general was really nice, they answered all my questions. I would stay there again.

Great Stay We had a wonderful week stay at Long Beach Best Western. Nice friendly staff, a variety of choices at breakfast, the sweetest breakfast lady. Dog friendly hotel rooms. Quiet and clean. We enjoyed playing table games in the evening in the lobby and if you don’t have a game they have some to offer. A fun family experience.

Well maintained Hotel! Nicely appointed rooms with everything in working order; Hotel is older, but clean and well maintained. Adequate, safe parking in front of the hotel. Would like to see a Safe in the room and more vegetarian-friendly hot eggs & vegetarian sausage served daily if possible. Very pleasant staff that were helpful and warm.
