Staff was amazing! Kristen and Tim went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. Their knowledge of the amenities was impressive, and they were genuinely interested in making sure I had a good time. These two employees deserve recognition! My room was really nice as well. If I had to give one suggestion for improvement, it would be top carry Coca Cola products. Thank you!

Disappointing Booked a two-bedroom suite for my family. Checked in online the day before and the web site showed my room type was confirmed. Upon arrival, the desk told me "the system was messed up" and my room type was not available. Connecting rooms was a reasonable solution and worked OK. Renovations were underway and the property was not camera ready. I can live with that. But ants crawling on us in the bed at midnight was too much. We found them all over the baseboards and behind the bed. Kids asleep in the next room so changing rooms wasn't really an option. A can of RAID ant spray was all we could muster. We sprayed aggressively and tried to sleep. A conversation with the manager in the morning yielded a sincere apology and an appropriate service recovery adjustment. Pool and restaurant remained closed (COVID) but a grab-and-go breakfast was at least an option. I will choose a different property next time I'm in the area.

Check-in was smooth. Roaches in room 214. I reported it to the front desk. Also, some other bug crawling on the walls. Roaches and other bugs were coming from the fridge and coffee maker area of the room. Very disturbing. I reported it to the front desk and was told they would follow up. I would never stay here again. I had to shake my bags and belongings to ensure none of them were in there.

Hairy sheets More housekeeping staff need to he fired because there rooms are not getting throughly cleaned in the mist of a pandemic if your find human hairs on bath towels, in the bed on the sheets, on pillows and old makeup on the pillowcases.

2nd stay, rating losing another star This was my first pandemic hotel stay. A business stopover in Louisville right on the heels of the protests downtown meant I didn't want to stay downtown. Despite signs saying "wear a mask," the front desk clerk couldn't be bothered with one. The room felt dated, worn, and sparse. Low resolution TV. A mostly empty refrigerator in their pantry area, so I hope you don't show up hungry for something, anything to eat. Internet speeds were modest at best. Sure feels closer to the quality I'd expect from Country Inn & Suites instead of Sheraton.
