JONI is amazing! I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. This hotel was very clean, nice, and I enjoyed the amenities. Joni was the absolutely best!!!! She was very welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT! ! I visit a lot of hotels because of my career but Joni made a big impact on my impression of your hotel! She should definitely be recognized for her setting a standard and incredible experience here. THANK YOU JONI for being an amazing asset to this hotel! I definitely enjoyed my stay here!!!

Customer Service Shortfalls The "H" in hospitality was missing during my 5 day stay. I will continue to use Hyatt locations, but not the Hyatt in downtown Louisville.

I had a great time. The only thing was the elevators one was down the whole time I was there I was there for a convention. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. Terry Mandley was great. He helped me with my luggage and suggested many helpful things. He is a great asset. They have a great employee in this young man. I would recommend this hotel.

High Marks for the Hyatt Centrally located within walking distance of all needs for a week-long convention. Elevator and escalator needed repair but otherwise accommodations were excellent.

Housekeeping Thieves and Valet Rip Off Housekeeping went through our belongings and stole cash. Valet fee is ridiculous $49.00 a day. Custer service at the Balet parking were rude.
