Decent, basic, gets the job done So, its not the best, but far from the worst. I live less than a half a mile from here, but my bathroom is being gutted so i need a place to come and clean up while i am without a shower. This place is convenient and cheap. Its all very bare bones, but for what i am paying i really dont care. The room was clean as well as the common areas. Ive stayed in hotels 3x the price and have gotten less so no complaints. I do wish they paid closer attention to maintenance and repairs though (pics for examples) because if they did it really would elevate this property. Included breakfast was surprising, there was a ton of selection and it was all fresh. Neighborhood is weird but its right off the highway so i dont know what people expect (based off of some other outlandish reviews here)

Don't go here if you dont want to get sick Do not stay here. The room wreaked of weed, there was leftover food in the fridge from a previous guest, the room was filthy, and the breakfast was not worth waking up for. Right after we got back from our trip to Kentucky, myself and a buddy who was staying with me got really sick. The best part of the hotel was the location which is the only reason it even gets a star in my opinion.

Dirty, odorous, bad neighborhood Stayed one night Sat Oct 8th. Overall not very clean feeling; stains on hallway carpeting; one bedside lamp had no power cord so could not plug in; room phone cord did not plug in so did not work; lavatory sink stopper wouldn't come up so lavatory would not drain; tv remote would not work and had to get another from front desk which worked but poorly; curtain rod for sheers broke loose so couldn't close them. Was next to "Arthur Street Hotel" which is actually a hotel bought to house homeless people. In general, not a great neighborhood. The only pluses...parking lot was lit and bathtub was big, (although looked dirty), and did have hot water with a couple jets.

DANGEROUS LOCATION WITH UNPROFESSIONAL AND AGGRESSIVE MANAGER! DO NOT STAY HERE! YOU ARE NOT SAFE AND KY IS NOT CLEAN Sketchy atmosphere, police present arresting man in lot, arrogant manager who treated his employees and guest like trash. Tried to charge us more money after we had already checked in and paid. He came banging on our door, and He said his employee was a thief and should have charged us more. We spent $115 for 5 hrs and were told to pay $70 more or leave. He threatened to call the cops on us (grandmother, mother, son) and remove our belongings if we did not pay the extra amount he said the front desk should have charged at check in. This hotel is not worth $184 or $114 a night. I wouldn’t stay here if it was $50/night.
