Horrible Breakfast Breakfast was bad. No hot food except waffles. No bagels, fruit, yogurt, or granola -- the website photos had them all, so dishonest marketing here. They had bread. No protein, just carbs. Had to get breakfast elsewhere.

Terrible The worse hotel I have ever been to , Dirty chairs in the lobby . Wouldn’t sit in the chairs in my room . Had to go to the car and get pillows and blankets . Looks like someone was sick on the floor and was never cleaned up . I should have taken pictures but I didn’t want to have to look at it I was sick to my stomach. They wouldn’t give us our money back and was to late to have to find someone where else. So filthy , bedding was dirty , floor never washed , shower moldy . Outside ground dirty . The place needs to be torn down . Don’t stay here . Terrible

DON'T STAY HERE! Sleeping in your car would be preferable! The outside was filthy, so I should have known what to expect. When I went to get into the bed, I felt something between the sheets, and it was grass cuttings from someone's dirty feet! Obviously, they didn't change the sheets for new guests. I have cancer, and was concerned about what other germs were in the room. I called the front desk about the dirty sheets, and Alicia immediately came over. She took pictures of the sheets and other problems with the room, and she moved me to another room, which wasn't great, but it was better. They advertise that this is a family oriented non-smoking hotel, but smoking is allowed on the second floor. They cater to construction workers, not families. I have reported them to Choice Hotels and the Lumberton board of health, who is investigating. This place should be closed down. Also, the breakfast was horrible, stale cinnamon rolls, etc. This hotel is not typical of other Quality Inns and I was told that the owners, who have owned it for 3 years don't want to spend any money on it.

Choose an another place to stay! The beds where dirty…! Sheets had yellow spottings. We asked to change room, the second room also had yellow spots on the beds. Bathrooms are not well maintain, patches on walls. I would absolutely NOT stay there again!

DO NOT STAY HERE Room was FILTHY!! I was given room 103, a pet friendly room. I fully expected the furniture yo be scratched, but the room was disgusting. I showed videos to front desk clerk and I was told no refund after being in the room for 15 minutes. The lock on the door was loose, there were bugs and flies in the room. Cobwebs everywhere I’m attaching videos - do not stay here!
