Our visit to Lyon The staff was hospitable and so friendly. They took care of all of our needs. It was in a great location. They gave us some thoughtful parting gifts too. The room was small and has everything we needed. The parking garage was only a 5 min walk away.

Definitely not 4 star Stayed overnight en route through France. Whilst the room was clean and the bed comfy, the toilet was so tiny your knees touched the door when it was shut! Very tired overall in all areas and certainly not four star. The breakfast was 14 euros and poor. Everything seemed to be out of a machine including the yoghurt! One of the worst hotel breakfasts we’ve encountered. Only reason we’ve given two stars instead of one is that the staff were lovely.

4 star less The hotel is very near Perrache railway station and in almost front of tramway stop. There are a couple of steps to join the elevators. The room was clean with a large window on the road and confortable bathroom. There are few power sockets (you have to unplug the lamp to make tea). The heating system and the general maintenance status look not well for 4 stars hotel.

Very dissapointed Pretty standard hotel with rates of a full 4 star. Nothing more far of it. Electronic key card permanently de-magnetized. Needed to go down to reception many times to re magnetize it. Worst thing was the horrible customer service. I forgot a Jacket at the hotel, once I noticed after the check out, I tryied to contact the hotel by many ways in order to coordinate the ship back and nobody answered or took care. A lovely hotel with excellent staff. We stayed three nights in a superior double room. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The outside balcony was a great addition. Due to the extremely hot weather, we really appreciated the air con and the cold water dispenser on the ground floor. The front desk staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. and so were the maintenance team when we needed them for a minor issue.
