Hotel average, food disappointing We have stay at this hotel a numerous amount of times whilst on our way to the alps. We have never been disappointed until this trip, the menu was very poor, a lot smaller than previous and not a lot of choice, service was very slow considering it wasn’t busy. Staff are nice enough but doesn’t seem as if anyone’s really in charge. Not all negative though, the rooms were clean and felt safe, it’s good if you’re just doing a 1 night stay before going elsewhere... otherwise I wouldn’t bother.

Parking lot security issue Our car was vandalised while parked over night in the hotel parking lot. The tires had been purposely deflated. The hotel reception was very good at referring us to an excellent tire shop about a 5 minute drive from the hotel and they tire shop fixed our tires right away and informed us that there was nothing wrong with them but that someone had on purpose let the air out of the tires. We informed the hotel reception who seemed not bothered about this incident. We have used this same hotel at least 4 times and I tend to use Accor hotels for business trips but we will be looking for other hotel options in the future.

Terrible food We have stayed at this hotel for many years on our way to the Alps. Although basic, it has always been fine. However the food last week was terrible, inedible. Sadly the staff didn’t seem very bothered when we mentioned it. Will think again before booking.

Cold water shower We have stayed here many times. Quite pricey for what it is, but staff appear friendly and try their best. The trouble is they are usually desperately understaffed. Tonight a coach party booking filled the entire restaurant before the opening time other guests were told. Queues and mutterings spoil a holiday ambiance for everyone. Naturally we all said we understood. But the outcomes were really unreasonable - 2 hours for a simple 2 course meal. Last time this happened, we left the queue and drove out for food. The last straw tonight was when we had to have a cold shower at 9pm. I blame the coach party. Tee hee. Seriously, we are not coming back.

Average hotel bedrooms dated We booked this hotel to break our journey/road trip. It’s reception is lovely and staff very nice. Great parking. Clean bedroom, comfortable bed and lumpy pillows. A little dated but served its purpose. Breakfast is pricey €16.50pp kids free. Average!
