A superbly comfortable hotel in a stunning location The Best Western Premier Park is one of the most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in. I was initially put up in a very nice suite of the hotel - with a spectacular view of Wisconsin's state capitol - by a department of the University of Wisconsin which had invited me and had a relationship with the hotel. But after that inital two night stay I booked another night myself & the hotel generously let me stay on in the same suite. The physical property is impressive. The indoor pool & pool area is the best I've ever seen. There is an active and fun bar restaurant in the hotel. For the first time I indulged in room service breakfasts & these were great and economical. I was thoroughly delighted with this hotel which had a solid old fashioned charm and subtle elegance while avoiding the pretentiousness of the usual fancy hotel brands. The area also has fun bars, restaurants and cafes. Finally in checking out I left an article of clothing which hotel staff found and sent to me. I loved this place.

Welcoming, nicely appointed, great location I would stay here again in a heartbeat. From the welcoming staff, the clean and comfortable room with multiple pillow densities to choose from, and the beautiful bathroom. I really was able to relax. The WiFi was strong enough to handle some work I needed to accomplish from my room. The location was excellent for the IRONMAN triathlon race which took place 3 blocks from the hotel making it easy to get around by foot. It's a short 10 min Uber ride from the airport. People are friendly in the area and anytime I had questions about where to go for a meal or navigation around town, the hotel staff were helpful.

Best hotel to stay at in Madison for location, staff, and cleanliness. The staff and location of this hotel are absolutely perfect. We had a little room mix up and the front desk staff, especially the manager Paul, could not have been nicer every time I encountered them. I will be staying at this hotel for all my future alumni visits to Madison.

DO NOT stay here, instead choose Marriott or Hilton hotels for a pleasant and good experience stay Overall DO NOT stay here. Marriott and Hilton have great hotels here, you will love their quality 10x more than here. Here is my experience: Cons: I stayed here for 4 nights. I picked it because it seemed the most elite hotel in Madison yet I had one of the worst experience. - Their standard room is probably the smallest room you will ever stay. You will feel claustrophobic, - Bathroom: The sink is area is so small and next to the door (I am 160lb) the size was almost half my body size. You cannot fit just across super small mirrow to wash your face, shave, etc. Also none of your toiletries will fit on the vanity top. The smallest bathroom I ever used in a hotel, - Privacy: I booked and checked in the same day. The punishment is they will COPY YOUR ID and keep it. When I asked them how they protect my ID information from being hacked or someone steal, the manager said they save it in their hard disk and It was super safe, hacker proof!!!!! When I refused to share it because they have no idea how to protect my government ID photocopy, they refused to check me in. I kept asking to share how they guarantee my ID protection, the manager told me again that I should trust her and when I asked her to give me something written, again THE MANAGER THREATENED me by not accepting to the hotel and that I must give photocopy of my ID. If your privacy is important DO NOT CHOSE this hotel. They have no idea how to protect our ID info. It was last minute, I had many bags, the roads were closed bc of farmers market and UBER was dropping at a far place so I had to accept their terms. - Food: They have a restaurant, name The Post. I ordered food (brokoli soup, Chef's Desert, etc) , they took my order and it turned out that they stopped cooking them a long while ago, the waiters forgot to tell me and it was totally fine for them to still keep them in the menu!!!! I ordered their signature burger "The Post" They used the least quality ground meat, you won't be able chew maybe 30% of it and will have to spit it. Pros: Location is great, furniture is good quality.

Wonderful Downtown Madison Hotel This place is really kept up beautifully. We stayed in a suite with a nice view of the capitol. We were visiting family and stayed for 5 nights. Not inexpensive, but we were very comfortable, and our room was cleaned every day. The pool was beautiful and perfect for lap swim. The staff is attentive, and three cheers for the downtown location! The only thing we would change is that you can’t park your own car.
