The room was horrible. There was no hot water. The stream that did come out was cold and the size of a pencil. There was duct tape in the tub to cover a crack or hole. The image on the TV screen was green. The bed was a cheap mattress that was excessively hard. Avoid this place, drive another hundred miles, sleep in your vehicle or an interstate rest area. You will save money and be glad you did.

Beyond Horrible I have stayed in Many hotels in my life including Americas Best before. The stock pictures that this location uses are so far from the truth that they should be sued for false advertisement. Upon arriving the lady at the desk was incredibly friendly. Once I got to the room I was terrified. Not only were there vagrants hanging out, there were people bbqing in the breezeway, there was glass broken on rooms with boards in their place. The entire property smelled like it had burned down before. When I looked around, the sheets were stained, there were bugs in the microwave and fridge, there were what looked like blood stains on the wall. The carpet looked like it had urine stains. I was in town for a bike race with $10k in bikes with me and felt horribly unsafe. When I asked for a refund I was told no. I ended up booking another hotel elsewhere. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS LOCATION!!!!

Avoid at all costs!!! As a seasoned traveler I know to check reviews first and failed to do so this time. As the other comments have mentioned the rooms are a hot mess. I started with a non smoking room that smelled like an ash tray and finished in a room that smelled like a sour mop head. There were dirty q-tips, cobwebs, dirty tub, and toilet among others. The fridge didn’t work and you wouldn’t want to put food in the microwave. The only positive I have is the lady working the desk during the day is polite. She truly seemed apologetic about the rooms but you could tell there was nothing she could do other than continue to offer another room. This is a place you should avoid at all costs. It’s unsanitary and in my opinion unsafe. Don’t give any credit to the generic, empty apology from management on these reviews. It’s clear they are not taking any action to fix the issues. They’re nothing more than slumlords.

Not "America's Best". Among the WORST. Room 110 smelled vaguely of cigarettes. Pillows smelled vaguely of cigarettes. Bathroom reeked of urine. Reading light had a broken switch so I couldn't use it. Power outlet by bedside didn't work, so had to use the bathroom outlet to charge the phone. No hand soap by the sink, only one washcloth provided; two bath towels, no towel for the bathroom floor. Plastic ice bucket, but no cups in the room. Stinking bathroom had cigarette burns all along the edge of the tub. Liquid soap dispensers were broken open with the covers left on the tub and bathroom floor. Using a clean cup we brought with us, I filled it with tap water. Took one drink. The water tasted moldy, like dirty lake water. Seriously the worst water I have ever tasted. The poor management of this property sends this message: "You aren't our guest. You are revenue, and we will provide the least possible in comfort and nothing in hospitality." Avoid America's Best.
